14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)7 months into our property search we had one certainty, that we were not going to use Foxton, this was due to the several poor interactions we had with their agents.<br>This was until we met Anais McCarthy.<br>From the first interaction she came across as professional, knowledgeable and actually interested in helping us finding the right place.<br>When thanks to her we finally found the right place and all throughout the very long process to complete the purchase, she was always available keeping us updated, precise and accurate in the communication and most important very warm and caring.<br>She is an amazing professional and a true asset to Foxtons.

30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We’ve been searching for a new place to rent for a while, and remained undecided on whether to commit to the places we had viewed previously. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.

2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

24th Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Our experience with Chase Evans has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. As tenants, we have experienced consistently poor communication and an unacceptable standard of professionalism in the way our concerns and issues have been handled.<br><br>Whenever we have tried to contact them, they have repeatedly avoided speaking to us directly, dodged our calls, told us they would call us back, and then failed to do so. We are left chasing them for updates and following up on issues that they themselves have said they would deal with.<br><br>What is particularly frustrating is that they respond to complaints with emails apologising, acknowledging our concerns and stating that they will take our complaints seriously, keep us updated and move matters forward, only for nothing to actually happen afterwards.<br><br>There has been a clear lack of efficiency, organisation, accountability and professionalism throughout our move-in process. Issues have been poorly communicated between different parties, appointments have been missed, and we have had to repeatedly chase for basic updates and repairs.<br><br>I also fully expect the response to this review to be another performative apology asking us to contact customer service. We are far beyond that point. We have already raised our concerns repeatedly, spoken to the relevant people, emailed, followed up and given them more than enough opportunities to resolve these issues. Despite this, they continue to do very little.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward move has instead been an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. As tenants, we should not have to constantly chase a letting agent to communicate with us or follow through on what they have promised.<br><br>Based on our experience so far, I would not recommend Chase Evans. The standard of communication, professionalism and treatment of us as tenants has been extremely disappointing.

As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Gary was a nice guy. The apartment is beautifully presented and should draw interest. The photos had to be done twice due to quality and major plan errors- they knocked 25% off the sq footage! The whole thing felt like there was no selling strategy. Place on the portals and wait for interest, which doesn’t work in this tough market. It was myself that pushed for a price decrease, which brought in 1 viewing in 8 weeks. I was told that the market was stilted and the heatwave meant people were not buying. I believe it was priced wrongly, there was no selling or dynamic marketing strategy. When I initially advised I wanted to leave after 5 weeks, the colleague, Yusuf basically talked over me for 30 mins and finally agreed to reduce the property price. I had been pushing to reduce it from 2 weeks! There was no sense that I was a client. My partner listened in on that call and was surprised at the attitude of Yusuf- not one apology for wrong price or zero communication! I kept pushing for updates but they never really called - it’s because they were not strategically selling it I suspect and were afraid to tell me. It seems to evidence their lack of dynamism. The whole process was a waste of my time unfortunately. I have now gone on with another agent and it already feels more professional. What I don’t understand is- they came up as the top agent on this site, which does not add up- that is not my experience at all.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
