From a buyer’s point of view, I’d say that this estate agent isn’t like other ones. They go out of their way to help you through every step of the buying process. They are client focused, which really does make you feel important & worthy of their time. Every member of staff were consistently helpful.They even gave us a new home box, with little treats & vouchers to help get us started when we moved in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

We knew Adam Parnell estate agents must be good as they came recommended. However, we didn't realise how good until they worked with us selling our property. Myself and my husband would like to thank the team at Adam Purnell Estate Agents. Unfortunately they didn’t act for our sale and had I have known how amazing they were I would have definitely used them to sell our property. Instead, we bought our house through them and I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. They are by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone moving house, if we ever move again we will 100% be using them. During what was a very difficult and stressful time, Becky and Kianna took every opportunity to talk with me in depth about the process and guided us in areas that our own estate agents Scrivins didn’t. Adam Purnell estate agents are the best estate agents in Hinckley, smaller than most of their competitors but can offer a personalised, supportive service as a result. Our house was on with another agent for several months and we were not getting the viewings we had hoped, after talking this through with Adam he adopted a different marketing strategy and the photos he produced were amazing. Within a few weeks a couple fell in love with our home and we started the process. It was meant to be fairly straight forward with only three in the chain one being a developer however the transaction dragged on, which is when Adam and his team really showed there professionalism and support, Becky and Adam were always at the other end of the phone to update us on the progress, chase solicitors and helped with what was an extremely frustrating few weeks towards the end. Without Adam and his team we would have found the transaction a lot more stressful but they were putting us at ease at every step. If I was selling another home in Hinckley this is the only estate agent I would call!

Adam was honest about the evaluation of my property (I had a few and it seems some other estate agents over evaluate to get your custom), he was always honest, advised me on preparing my property for photographs and arranged for the pictures to be taken and the house to be put on selling sites very quickly. He manages all the viewings and always called after to provide feedback and was proactive in speaking to viewers afterwards to gain their thoughts, keeping me updated throughout. He was always responsive to any questions I had, and is such a friendly and nice person I never felt like anything was too much trouble. In the end I decided not to sell currently but I would not hesitate to use adam again in the future and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Adam!

Adam has been nothing short of brilliant and professional throughout the process. This is the second time I have used him and I would definitely use him again! He helped drive my sale and purchase, as well as liaising with other solicitors, buyers and estate agents. I wouldn’t have moved home successfully without him!

Adam was amazing! The service he provided us with was outstanding! His commitment, dedication, professionalism and customer service went above and beyond what we have dealt with in the past. Extremely approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable, his experience within the industry shone through! Would I recommend him! Yes!! please do not hesitate to contact him because you would not be disappointed. I really appreciated the fact that when you rang, it was always Adam and we wasn’t passed from person to person. That in itself is a bonus! If we moved again would I ever consider another estate agent…. No never. Adam every time!

When we decided to sell our house we didn't just choose Adam as our agent because he's my brother. With over 15 years estate agent experience in the local area and the amazing photos he takes, he had to be our first choice.
When it came to putting the house on the market, Adam took beautiful photos of our home. He had a real eye for how to take the best pictures and made it look like a show home. He also produced a fab video tour.
Later in our moving and selling process we hit a few bumps in the road and Adam was always on hand to chase solicitors/other agents, and kept us well informed. He really made a very stressful situation less stressful for us. We couldn't have done it without him. Working independently and not on the high street, we were able to contact him after 5pm when the rest all stop for the day.
He is so dedicated to providing the best service to his customers and we couldn't recommend him enough.

Our estate agent Adam Purnell has been brilliant. He is professional, honest and reliable. He did the photos and video tour of our house himself and they both looked amazing. His advice was spot on with the pricing and we had offers in on the first day of veiwings. Since we sold he was intouch regularly keeping us updated throughout the process. I highly recommend him.
