My wife try to catch this company out as a test, by saying she wanted them to list our Ghana inspired restaurant at £400k, It was worth only £150k, but I wanted to test there response and see if they were honest or liar just like intelligent business sales who ripped me off. Do you know what they say ? Sorry we cannot help you as £400k is a false valuation and we will not take businesses to market under false pretence or false figures. This tell me they pass in flying colour and now I’ve used them 4 times. Sally been great lady and great manager for my sale and now I buy 2nd restaurant through them... Read more

This business agency sold my flower business which had three shops across Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire back in February and I couldn’t be happier. They deserve a review because from start to finish our agent was lovely and achieved my full asking price in less than 4 months. They took care of everything from advertising, offers, viewings, negotiations as i opted for a fully managed sale. Overall a great company unlike many out there who scam you into long contracts which come with illegal termination fees. I know because before i used agent local my husband chose a local business transfer company based in Manchester who talked the talk and 13 months later my business was still sat on the market and they didn't even call me. Stick with these guys as there trusted. Would i recommended ? 100%... Read more
