Albert Grace are brilliant. I am so glad I met Malay, his knowledge, business acumen and attention to detail are second to none. Also what cannot be understated in any way, is that dealing with Albert Grace is an absolute pleasure. They always have time to speak with you and answer all your questions, not matter what time of day. I would highly recommend using their services when letting out your property or using them for any of their other services. They look after their tenants and landlords equally and treat with the upmost respect.

The estate agency made the process of moving extremely easy and efficient. From start to finish, we were greeted by nothing but politeness, along with a warm welcome to our new home. Anyone we were in contact with during the phase of moving treated us with the utmost respect at all times.
In fact, we were even gifted a welcome package consisting of leaflets and gifts, which was a nice surprise as no other agency we were with beforehand provided something like this!
Essentially, this was a great experience and I would reccomend this company as your go-to.

I don’t generally bother wasting my time like this but those time wasters deserve a special mention.
Booked an appointment to view a flat, took an afternoon off work and spent 45 minutes waiting at the location for no one to show up.
The agent blocked the mobile number when called and when contacted on the landline they claimed that the appointment had not been confirmed? When asked why did they not get in touch they reported that they emailed (no email ever received from them). No idea why they could not call like any serious estate agent would do.

For years I have kept an apartment on the side to accommodate visiting friends and family over the years. But 2020 was unlike any other year and I wanted to mitigate potential financial risks as best as I could. So when my last set of relatives moved out in late October, I called upon Malay at Albert Grace to help get my property ready for the rental market. I knew it was going to be challenging to turn this project around quickly given the country was about to head into a second national lockdown, but Malay assured me he'd get the job done. And a good job he did. In one week Malay's builders team completed the refurbishment and within another ten days of promoting, both on- and offline within his own network, the apartment was successfully let at the original asking price!
As an all-inclusive property management letting agent, Malay takes away any likely hassle that may be associated with renting out a property. Aside from his efficiency and friendly attitude, what I find most valuable in Malay is his vast experience in the property market, which helps investors like myself to avoid unforeseen pitfalls and identify opportunities never considered before. I am sure this won't be the last property I ask Malay to manage for me and look forward to engaging his service again and again as I expand my property portfolio.

I want to thank all the team at Albert Grace Estates. We have been with them 8 wonderful years. Every time we had any repair or maintenance they act very professional and super fast. Within hours no more then a day or two get the job done. We outgrown our flat and the helped me to get an new house. Personally they helped me with mortgage finance and anything to do with my property. You cannot find anyone with so much knowledge resources and professional network. I am never changing agents going to keep using them. Brilliant job to all them there.

If you are a landlord or a tenant, Albert Grace Estate Agents should be your choice. They will find make sure both landlords and tenants well looked after. A rented recently while my house was being refurbished and was very impressed by the timely and efficient service they provided when it came to maintenance and urgent repairs. I met the landlord a few times and he seemed pleased with their services too.

Just a few thoughts on Malay and his team. From inception to finish the service was nothing less than professional. Malay has done some considerable renovation on my my rental properties and from the initial specification to the final fitting the process was smooth,measured and transparent. Every last detail was taken care off and great care was taken not to inhibit the tenants so as to avoid problems for me. I will certainly be using Malay for future projects.

We have been working with Albert Grace now for about a year and a half and I cannot rate Malay, Mansi and the team there highly enough.
The team works extremely hard to ensure that both landlords and tenants are happy. We had a problem tenant and they were very helpful is assisting us in securing an eviction and securing new tenants.
On a personal level, both Malay and Mansi provide fantastic client service and i would highly recommend them.

I live abroad due to my recent job project. We are a newly married couple and where really worried about our house as we never been a landlord. One of my friends said his boss who is a big property portfolio works with this company called Albert Grace Estates. So I contacted them was pleasantly surprised with the speed, care and commitment these people work with. They guided me through all complicated legislations to get through and updated me everything very quickly. I had the option to use my own tradesmen, and also they have all the right people in place. I highly recommend this company, they are experts at what they do and more over they really care. They put peoples need and really very humane approach to working.
