Alyson took over selling our house after we had problems with the previous agent. She was recommended to me by a neighbour and it was a difference of night and day! The previous agent hardly contacted us and appeared disinterested in the house, ignored our complaints, was completely unprofessional by bad-mouthing another local agent (in writing!) and tried to talk us into accepting a far lower offer than we wanted. Alyson, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of this agent. She is entirely professional and worked extremely hard. Even when things went a bit off the rails when an offer was withdrawn, she went right back to work and got us the price we were looking for. We were kept informed every step of the way. She was never unreachable. The previous agent may have been cheaper but it showed. You get what you pay for! I have no hesitation in recommending Alyson and Alexander Taylor Estate Agents to everyone who may be planning on selling their house in the future.... Read more

She came to value our property quickly and came prepared with documents on similar properties in the area, what they’d sold for and provided her insights into why and what that meant for our property. What can I say about Alexander Taylor other than OUTSTANDING. We originally went with Property Unlimited and to say the service was disgusting would be an understatement. We made the decision after 6 weeks and only 3 viewings to change estate agents. Alyson was recommended to us so we got in touch, Alyson was amazing right from the start, and extremely professional, we explained about the previous 6 weeks and she assured us we would have regular contact and that we would have interest quickly, and true to her word, within 1 week 9 viewings and 3 offers. Alyson and Yvonne were in contact regularly and gave us advice on ways we could present our property and pricing. Right up to the day we handed in our keys we were so happy that we chose Alexander Taylor. 100% recommend these ladies, they are a godsend to anyone selling a property.
