Me and my partner are first time buyers, and after having trouble with our first mortgage advisor getting us a lender who benefited her company and herself in the long run while me and my partner got the worse end of the deal, we came across Allen & Harris and found a new advisor who suited us better and found better lenders for us. However, that person has since moved on from the company and Kinga Laker- Kiss who is the Mortgage services manager took over mine and my partners application for us. From the first meeting with Allen & Harris to our mortgage offer coming through, it’s been nothing but plain sailing. Kinga has been absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot. She helped us with understanding everything that was needed and explained everything clear and thoroughly for us, as we didn’t have a clue on where to start or how anything worked being first time buyers. We used Allen and Harris Whitchurch to sell our property and whilst a little more expensive than local competitors, were very impressed with the service we received from Steve and the team.
Of note:
• Photos were arranged quickly and came out great.
• They provided us with a prompt update after every viewing and followed up with potential offers in an informed manner, offering the viewer detailed information to reassure them on any concerns or reservations they were having.
• After we accepted an offer, they acted as a fantastic contact point to provide updates up and down the chain. They were as in the loop with our solicitors as we were, so there was great transparency between us and our buyers throughout. I think this was key to us being able to progress to completion fairly quickly.
We wouldn't hesitate recommending them for anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

We bought our property through Allen & Harris and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had very tight and unrealistic timescales to complete (just six weeks) but Steve, Justin, and the entire team worked incredibly hard with both ourselves and the sellers to ensure that we completed in this timeframe. They really fought for us, going above and beyond, driving communication with all parties and ensuring that no stone was left unturned. We genuinely would not be living in our new home if it hadn't of been for their hard work, dedication, knowledge and perseverance. They also gave us a fantastic moving in box full of home furniture and appliance vouchers which have been put to great use. Thanks again team! I'd give them six stars if I could!

Allen and Harris is one of the several estate agents in this area . I n the past 5 days , 2 of their estate agents Harry Diamond and Callum Jenkins have taken an initial enquiry from me , squeezed in a property appraisal on our home , and arranged accompanied viewings in two separate properties. They couldn’t have worked harder for us , ( or the owners of the houses we viewed) to squeeze the viewings In to some very tight time windows. They have consistently been professional and- (something we really appreciated ) respectful of the other agents we have been working with . They have called back when they said they would , and been on time , every time we have arranged to meet . Our plans haven’t come to fruition at this time, but we would certainly be re-contacting Allen and Harris in the future - and will be hoping that neither Harry nor Callum have been headhunted and gone off to do even greater things !

Where do I start? What an amazing team. The Branch Manager Craig is a pleasure to work with and the team I dealt with (Charlotte and Callum) are very helpful.
Forget 'commissary' (that ole chestnut) Allen & Harris were worth every penny. The comfort of knowing you can either call someone or pop into their office made what can be a stressful situation a much easier process.
From making the first online enquiry at 9pm one evening they were on the phone to me 8am the next morning - that's what clinched it for me !
I don't need Estate Agents turning up in dodgy pink socks giving me powerpoint presentations - I needed a company who were professional, assertive and got the job done.
Craig and his team are the guys to do it !

From the moment A&H stepped through the front door they really gave me confidence that our home could sell and that it was something quite special. The number of viewings secured in a fortnight was quite outstanding (over 20!). Absolutely dreadful service from start to finish. As the vendor I was NOT looked after at all! They also charge very high rates for their appalling service. Never ever use them.
