I emailed and called this company because I found several properties I was very interested in renting. I spoke to several members of staff and was repeatedly promised that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a return call, and in the meantime, the properties I was interested in were rented to someone else.<br><br>If this is how potential customers are treated before even signing an agreement, I can only imagine what the level of service might be like afterwards. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing.

I have met quite a few estate agents and agencies over the years, and hands down, India Adams is the best agent I have ever come across.
She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress.
With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her.
What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Absolutely Fantastic. From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. The facts.
-It’s a week since I asked for a home report and a viewing - I’ve had a neither.
-I’ve called back - told ‘the valuer would call me to arrange’ - that’s not happened.
-I was called IMMEDIATELY after I sent the enquiry - asked if I want to use their mortgage advisor and or to sell with them - I didn’t answer don’t. Yet I was phoned back so they can arrange to value my property…. I expressed annoyance at the error and lack of viewing arrangement. Since heard nothing.
-FYI it’s the cottage in Rosneath that’s on sale- if no one’s coming to view it - this is why.
Total farce. How can an estate agent be so disorganized at such basic stuff?
