We recently sold our 2nd property with Andrew Downing Booth. After using them for our 1st, we decided to use them again following a good experience. Andrew Downing Booth has again provided a really helpful and friendly experience. We did have some issues with delays during the process, mainly due to solicitors, however Karen has been integral in chasing them up and ultimately was able to assist in getting things moving. Overall, we would use them again in the future and would recommend.

We had such a positive experience working with Karen from start to finish. From putting our house on the market, helping us secure our new home, managing negotiations, and right through to handing over the keys at the end, she was professional, supportive and always approachable.
Karen was excellent at keeping communication clear between all parties and really helped things move forward smoothly, even when the process became stressful. We always felt informed and reassured.
Selling and buying at the same time can be overwhelming, but Karen made the whole journey feel manageable and well-handled.

From start to finish, ADB were professional and efficient. Highly recommend their service which offers high quality photography and sales expertise. The house sold within the first day of being on the market. Due to a larger chain than we would have liked, progress was at times slow due to hold ups outside of our control. ADB were always very helpful in chasing up the chain and rallying the solicitors. Without their determination, the final completion would have been delayed and proven more costly than needed. Andrew, Grace and Lauren were all fantastic.

This is the second time we’ve sold with ADB, but the first with the Aldridge Branch.
Andrew was very friendly and helpful in Valuing the house, and Jake’s pictures were excellent.
Throughout our experience we were mainly in contact with Grace and Lauren, who both provided fantastic service. We had 2 collapses in our chain and ADB swooped in and got us back on the market within hours.
They acted as an intermediary with our solicitors several times, chased our completion up until the last moment and were flawless- we would never go with anyone else.
Specific people:
-Grace- kind and helpful the entire time, and nothing was too much trouble.
-Lauren- efficient and decisive, got jobs done within minutes.
-Annie- supported us when our chain collapsed and got us straight back on the market.

When people say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do, they’re not lying!! But having Grace at the end of the phone has saved my sanity more than once. From Andy’s initial visit, to Jake’s amazing photographs, and Grace’s unwavering support for all my needs, these are without a doubt the best estate agent that I’ve ever dealt with. Grace was fantastic. I bought a house in 5 weeks from when the rice was agreed. It went through so smoothly due to all her hard work. She kept me up to date on what was happening constantly. Grace chased up my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. I can’t recommend her professionalism highly enough.
