We have bought & sold several times using other agents, and at a time that is often pretty stressful this is by far the most professional, honest & caring team we have ever experienced. The icing on the cake was the wonderful surprise of their hamper, deliciously put together by Stone's Fruit & Veg in St Just - such a thoughtful touch when we collected the keys. Andrew and the team have helped us to sell our cottage this year and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. As we live abroad, having Andrew and his colleagues there on the ground has been extremely helpful and they have gone above and beyond their role as Estate Agents. They collected and replaced fire alarms, put in and collected radon tests as well as all the other roles taken by the Estate Agents.
