Not overly proactive with contact or suggestions to help, we have not sold so changing agents.
Very lovely staff whenever spoken to, and helpful when you get hold of them but they never seemed to actively contact with feedback from viewings, if someone did not show or suggestions to help sell the property within the time frame they suggested it should sell. We were the ones to suggest lowering the price to sell when we had minimal interest.
Also the phone from one office would divert to the other but you never knew which office you had gotten through to until you had explained your enquiry and were then told it is the other office that you need - could be easily sorted if they answered the phone with the office name included.
Very swift at getting things on to the market and lovely people to talk to otherwise.

Buying one of their houses recently and wonder what happened, used to be good? Very poor communication chasing calls, no return of calls. Frustrating experience. Apart from the poor service from staff who don't like communication. Andrew Kelly deserves a medal for helping Rochdale FC abandon its sale to assett stripping conmen.

I can't see how a customer pays best price to sell a property, that viewers are turned away and the potential for a higher bid lost.

would put a zero but no option. the negotiation skills are non existent! no customer care. no interest in agreeing a sale. rebecca is damn right rude, cocky, arrogant and sounds like she is reading from a script. would never purchase or sell with this company. will be taking up with ombudsman for estate agents.
