As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

We highly recommend Angela and her team. We found a beautiful home through this agency and had the privalage of getting to know this lovely lady. This was our third move and her expertise, care for all involved and diligence stood out. Helen in the office was always so helpful and both were easily contactable, as were the other lovely staff members we occasionally spoke to. Angela had everything in hand taking the stress out of the whole process. It's hard to put in a few words just how helpful Angela was during our latest move.
Our purchase had the potential to be a long, complicated one but Angela's proactive approach and wider experience meant there were no complications. This agent's good knowledge of the legal process meant we could avoid the usual pitfalls with typically legnthy aspects such as land registry and boundary arrangements. Angela preemptively managed any potentionial complications, liased with the solicitors and 3rd parties extremely well to ensure good communication between all. This then became a straight forward purchase putting us in a good position for our own sale, attracted buyers and ensured a quick completion.
Although not the selling agent for our own sale, Angela went above and beyond to advise us selling and was a wealth of knowledge when further down our chain had panic and made unreasonable demands. Angela's experienced, steady hand and excellent problem solving ensured stability and calm each time through to a quick completion.
We appreciate how well Angela facilitated a positive relationship with our seller and her care to ensure we were a good match for time frames and circumstances. This ensured confidence in a solid agreement to completion with little chance of falling through. If we ever moved again we would only want Angela to act for us as she cares deeply and works extremely hard to keep everything running well. Our friends and family were also impressed with just how caring and tentetive the agency were. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience

I made enquiries about a property for sale and wanted to place a bid on a property. I was told that they would not put a bid on the property even though they are legally obliged to do so. They were rude and stuck up on the phone. I'm not sure how the business survives. Good job for them is its properties that sell and not there company. Awful customer service. Would sink in any other industry

We used Angela Burnett & Co for the sale of our property because the property we were buying was also being marketed by her and we felt that this would keep things simpler. We had previous experience of this a few years ago when we purchased our last property and felt that it worked well then, so it made sense to keep it all with one agent again. All of the team that we dealt with were friendly and professional and we received an excellent service from them throughout the whole process. Our purchase turned out to be quite complicated and the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes chasing solicitors and trying to move the process along. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela and her team and would definitely use them again in the future should we decide to move again.

Well this is a fresh approach as the logo states!!
The service we received was Prompt, Professional and Proactive. The team headed by Angela are a credit and clearly have guidance.
