The person showing my property gave incorrect information and failed to actually answer some viewers questions. Unfortunately saying to viewers "we can negotiate the price down for you" appeared to be the sales tactic of choice. The final straw was being told "you can have one of your batteries but you have to leave the pergola in the garden OK".... Read more

After being on the market for + 6 months with another local agent, we moved to Ardent Estates, who sold our house promptly for a price we’re very happy with. We wish we chose them to start with. They seamlessly managed our sale from negotiation and acceptance of offer, through conveyancing from start to finish.
