Andrew and the team were very professional and went above and beyond in our house sale. Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

The service we received was first class from start to finish.
Friendly and professional; we didn't have to chase for updates, we got a weekly call (or more when needed) which we really appreciated as it can feel like a void of information through the conveyancing process. Andrew took our calls without hesitation and was always willing to help, explain or chase information for us; we feel supported throughout the process.
We last sold a property nearly fourteen years ago so getting advice about what to expect and when was both helpful but reassuring.
The service felt personal to us and as such we didn't just feel like a number but a valued client.
The good box on the move date was an unexpected touch and very much appreciated.
I would recommend Andrew Armitage and Armitage Residential for your house move, its one less thing to worry about.

This company is used as a cover to con and steal from vulnerable tenants, they work alongside their best landlords to keep hold of bonds the tenant should have been returned. The manager must be living a life of luxury after getting away with this for many years from many vulnerable ex tenants.

I can't thank enough how impressed I was with the viewing that Armtages gave me on this property, their knowledge about the property was so good, they answered every question that I asked and even more the politeness and curtesy was second to none. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for top quality and fair dealings.

Really poor rental services. Repairs never followed through. Rent increases. Disagreements. Revenge eviction. Poor shocking and darn right disgusting. It's a real shame given the reviews on here being top notch. But I'm guessing we're aren't the only one's that have stuffed with relentless stress given another couple have came forward. I will never privately rent again and finally announced we are proud homeowners.
I would personally post images of the terrible conditions they left us in but I'm not going to do that to embarrass them.

Recently sold a property with Armitage Residential and cannot recommend them highly enough.Viewings commenced quickly and we received an asking price offer within a couple of weeks. Andrew and Joe were always on hand for any questions, and expertly guided us through the inevitable bumps in the road. Would not hesitate to sell, buy or rent with them in future.
