Couldn't recommend Kas highly enough.<br>Purchased a flat in North London through him and was incredibly impressed with his professional and efficient management of the entire process. He expertly managed solicitors on both sides and the seller to get things completed in my desired timeline, being on hand to push things forward and unblock anything that came up throughout. Even after completion he went above and beyond for the seller, who lives abroad, in arranging movement of their old furniture.<br>Kas really demonstrated a level of responsiveness and proactivity that I would imagine is less common with larger estate agents - I would seek management services if applicable or sell through him for sure if I were to sell the property in future.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kas. For various reasons beyond our control, selling my property was complex. However, Kas never lost sight of the goal and took each hurdle in his stride. He familiarised himself with every detail of the property and of the process. He balanced my interests as the seller with those of the buyer very well. Even when emotions went somewhat higher, Kas remained calm and focused. Throughout the process, Kas was very responsive, even in the evenings and at weekends. The positive end result speaks for itself.

As a first-time buyer and not originally from the UK, the whole process of buying was pretty daunting and I relied a lot on the people around me. Kas, as the sellers agent, was very patient and supportive throughout the whole process and I felt well guided. I never had to wait long for an email response or a quick call back to align on next steps, which made communication seamless from start to finish. Having had to deal with the big letting agencies during my renting years, Kas didn’t make me feel like "just another client'. He went above and beyond and even now that his part is officially done, he still makes sure I don’t have any concerns or questions left.
