I've recently made an offer on a property on Baird Lumsden's books, whilst I was unlucky in the purchase the correspondence I had with the Agents was very pleasant and they seemed to be taking care of their clients and taking a real interest in the best outcome of the sale. Baird Lumsden's Bridge of Allan branch acted for us in a quite complicated (in planning terms) development plot sale, conducted in the difficult circumstances of a national lockdown. At all times I was impressed by their grip on the issues and the the subtlety of their understanding of the market, the subtleties of the planning process, and the behaviour of prospective buyers. As well as their market knowledge, I thought the standard of service exceptionally high, especially as this was not an especially high-value site by their standards. Highly recommended!... Read more
