When you hear so many horror stories about renting and estate agents in London, I can confirm that David and Graham are the antithesis of this. Most of our communication was through our landlord (who was also amazingly helpful), however, whenever we were in communication with David or Graham we were never in doubt and treated as one would expect to be! As many reviews before mine have said, these two are amazing at their jobs and are true gentlemen - I guess they put the “gent” in estate agent…

Brought my property through Bennett and Hall. Graham and Dave are both true gents whose style of showing homes is engaging and informative. This was particularly useful as I was looking at an entirely new area to buy in. They supported me through the process and I’m sure I’ll be giving them a wave through the window now I’ve completed and moved into my lovely new home. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We had a very pleasant experience with Bennett & Hall during our tenancy. We stayed in the flat for almost three years, and throughout that time, David was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it was a leaking tap, a faulty dishwasher, or an issue with the alarm, he always arranged for contractors to come out promptly and get things sorted. It made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. We'd definitely recommend Bennett & Hall to anyone looking for reliable and professional letting agents.

Called to enquire re a property. Made to feel like a nuisance by the lady who answered the phone who was trying to pressure me into doing a viewing when she knew nothing about my situation/if I was even interested in the property. Passed to her colleague who was extremely sarcastic when I asked him why the vendors were selling. Definitely shall not be using them for buying/selling in the future if this is how they treat prospective purchasers/vendors!

I'm an expat and so far I lived in 4 different countries and I can easily say that this is the best estate agent I have used so far. They are very professional and helpful and equally supporting both tennant and the landlord which is very hard to find in these days. When we were looking to buy our home in Finchley , the Bettis brothers were exceptionally helpful, professional, and courteous: not once did they send me to a property that didn't fit my spec. I was terribly sorry that the house we actually ended up buying was not on their books, because I'd far rather they'd got the commission than the rival agents ! Roll on two decades and they still here , helpful and courteous as ever. They organised a viewing for a flat we were looking for on behalf of an elderly aunt , and were very patient, understanding, and respectful- not remotely vulgar or pushy. They certainly appear to be more honest and less money-grabbing than the rest.
