I have been most impressed by Berkley’s Estate Agents (Leicestershire). I am renting a flat and I have had the pleasure of using Berkley’s. I have spoke with Julie, Sam and Katie on a regular basis and the service has always been most efficient, prompt and courteous. All my emails have been answered promptly. On a side note, I’m not exactly rent-friendly in how I look! People do judge me on my looks, however, not one member of Berkley’s staff batted an eyelid at me when I walked in their office. This is my first time private renting and they made everything extremely easy. If/when I move again, I hope Berkley’s are involved. Very highly recommended... Read more
