- listened carefully and selected properties for our requirements ( not just in cost like 90% agent do in London)
- emphasized the advantages of the apartment that are important to us, knows each property very well and in detail.

We had been trying to sell a flat without much success but then interviewed Gracie along with other agents. Gracie had far more knowledge (and interest) in Kings Cross. The other main agent operating there didn't seem terribly engaged. Once she found the buyer she stayed on it, helping to push it through the legals and to completion. Our building manager said that of all the agents he sees, Gracie is the only one who takes the time to show prospective buyers the many benefits of the building - not just a 5 minute in & out of the flat with little knowledge, as we've witnessed with other agents. Gracie and Tiffany did an excellent job assisting the sale of our flat. Market conditions were difficult and we initially had another agent market the property. The other agent failed to get many viewings but when Gracie/Tiffany became agents that changed; there was a significant uptick in viewings and much better communication. We had a very long, very difficult and very involved sale process involving a leashold property and recent government changes to leasehold legislation, but Gracie was utterly persistent, proactive and tenacious throughout the protracted sale process to 'get things done', with great ideas, such as 'virtually' dressing the empty apartment; indeed I think it's fair to say the sale might not have happened but for Gracie's proactiveness and persistent chasing of all parties involved! She also 'went above and beyond' with things like obtaining meter readings for me (as I was at the opposite end of the country to the property being sold). Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

The sales manager Gracie is superb! We have had a few changes of minds, due to the fluctuations of GBP and our own circumstances. After Gracie got us an offer over a year ago, we had to let go and she respected it graciously. When she checked in again, we had to increase the price due to GBP drop, and she tried her best to market the apartment, keeping us updated regularly. There were not many viewings, so our tenants did not complain - I suppose she filtered the qualifying buyers well. Eventually an offer was secured, but had some hiccups and the sale nearly fell through. However, she helped us all along to work it out with the buyer. Totally professional, efficient and effective. Such a breeze to communicate and work with her! Highly recommended!

Terrible agency with a revolving door of staff that fail to do the basic requirements of any agency. For starters, their apartments are in horrendous shape and they don't really care about the quality of the flats they let out. If you have any repair or maintenance issues, just forget about it because they will take months to resolve an issue (if they ever do). They are horrible at communicating with landlords. Tenants are left with paying for repairs themselves. They will bully you into thinking that you deserve not even the most basic requirements (lighting or heating not working? not their problem). They are unprofessional and disgusting to work with. Their entire M.O. is trying to swindle tenants and keep their landlords clueless about how poorly they are mismanaging their flats. Think twice before you sign on to your next flat. I wish I had.

Highly unprofessional, failed to do the basics of letting out a flat that is not up to specifications including a false EPC registry. There are plenty of managed services and letting agencies in London that are quality - unfortunately Berkshire Hathaway in London has fallen off a cliff when it comes to quality and service. Terrible service "managers" who don't understand the level of customer service that the BH name carries in other jurisdictions. Avoid at all costs.

Buying (or selling) a property in London can be an extremely frustrating process. I have been searching for over a year and I had a lot of reservations against London real agents after tens of viewings and one purchase cancelled right before the exchange (vendor changed mind in last minute), previously. In such a market, Gracie is a gem.
I worked with Gracie for a flat in Angel, as a buyer. From start to end, Gracie was very responsive and constructive. This makes a huge difference in keeping everyone on track and closing a transaction on time. She was very helpful, not only for the process but also for each and every additional visit request I had, so we could solve issues that were raised during the survey. There were times I found her protective of the vendor, but I think this is understandable, and most importantly she kept balance very well and managed expectations successfully. Simply, she managed the process very professionally. You're either a seller or buyer, I think you're in good hands with Gracie. A big thanks to her and BHHS.

We contacted Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices because they had successfully sold a house a few doors away. I admit that we were very curious because the house sale was very successful.
We were not disappointed. Gracie Loveday is everything that one can expect from a successful estate agent. She is professional and very fast - all questions were answered and it was possible to reach her at all times - even when she was on holiday!
She even recommended a very good solicitor - whom we engaged after we had had problems with our first solicitor. We were very pleased with her choice. Gracie helped us with whatever questions we had and calmed down all nerves when we thought that things were going wrong. I too would not hesitate in recommending her and BHHS to sell a house.
