I couldn’t be more pleased with my dealings with the folks at blue residential. They helped me through getting the flat, The paperwork was decisive and very detailed. They have even a month following, helped me with other questions and enquiries that have come up.
Their honesty, organisation and friendly demeanour Was such a relief to previous letting agency I’d contacted, and when I go to buy a home in the next few years, I will certainly be calling their sales department.

I had an excellent experience letting a property from Blue Residential. I'd had a difficult hunt for a new apartment after my current one was sold, and I encountered a lot of letting agents who were accepting dubious offers on properties that hadn't been viewed, booking huge numbers of viewings at the same time and even entertaining multiple offers at once.
Blue Residential had none of these problems - they were friendly, up-front, very available for questions, understanding when I was late for the viewing and were generally a pleasure to let from.

We all have different houses, we all have different issues, concerns and priorities. The team at Blue were able to manage our issues, mainly that we were away most of the time and did all our viewings. The team kept us updated at all times which gave us confidence that the sale was progressing, I think the hardest time was waiting for solicitors to do the searches when everything seems to go on hold, nothing to do with Blue but they still kept in regular contact.
They made a suggestion that we use Ison Harrison solisitors, they didn’t disappoint either.
The sale of your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things in your life, Blue really did take the pressure off. Thank you

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Viewing was prompt and the property was very clean upon viewing. Documents were written to a very high standard and easy to understand. Collection of the keys was fast and easy, and email communication from Dan was very quick.
When moving into the property, inventory was written and pictured to a T and very detailed as it should be.
The lady Carol in charge of our building on the lettings side is fantastic and has sorted any issues we had i.e fire alarm issues.
Would recommend Blue Residential to everyone. The team are fantastic and in my opinion are the best estate/letting agents out. Thanks Blue Residential!

Amazing experience with Blue Residential.
I’ve been in contact with a fair few estate agents these past few months but Blue have by far been the best! First time getting a house and they have been nothing but reassuring, responsive, helpful and informative throughout. Dan has helped us a lot from start to finish and we can’t thank him enough for his hard work and dealing with us! We only viewed a house a couple of weeks ago and we’re moving in this weekend it’s been a quick and stress free process! ????

Called for a booking, told to email so i did, 3 days later called again, they will be delaing with bookings and will let me know - this was the response, not organised at all, no time frame given, no approx dates. GOD YOU WOULD ASSUME THEY ARE BUILDING THE PROPERTY THEMSELVES AND CANNOT GIVE A DATE TO VIEW AN APARTMENT THAT DOES NOT EVEN BELONG TO THEM. Jokers!

They withheld a significant chunk of my deposit without good reason, and despite not fighting it (in the hope to get my deposit back as fast as possible, as it had already taken weeks before they even agreed how much of my deposit to return,) it took them several more weeks and many many calls to actually get my deposit back. Thankfully i didn't need to take them to small claims court, but it nearly got to that stage.
I'd recommend avoiding Blue Residential as this was a very stressful experience and the staff member i spoke to had no empathy for my frustration - they just kept telling me I'd get my deposit back 'in a few days' and then a few days later when i phoned again, I'd be told the same thing.
EDIT: Given the opportunity to acknowledge areas they could have done better, Blue Residential have simply dismissed my complaints in their response to this review. It's precisely this inability to take ownership of the issue that made it so frustrating to deal with them when trying to chase down my deposit.

I have been letting a flat with them for several years now and have had no problems, other than the usual things that need to be replaced by wear and tear. We have had had many email exchanges, and one or two emails did not seem to get through so followed up by phone, and all sorted. I always get a quick response and would certainly recommend them.

I rent a house through Blue and have had great service throughout. Specifically during the cold snap in Feb/March when I had an issue with my boiler, I called blue and they were round in minutes and supported me throughout an arduous morning of desperate home maintenance when I'm sure there were dozens of other concerned clients.
They are friendly and efficient to deal with and would recommend them to anyone
