Jo and her team were really easy and friendly to deal with. They dealt with viewings for us really quickly and talked us through the whole selling process as it’sa long time since we last sold a property. When an offer was made the communication was excellent between us, the team and the buyer. Even dealing with online solicitors has been so easy.

It has taken some time to obtain an offer but there has clearly been a considerable amount of effort made to try and find a suitable buyer.
Communication has always been timely with feedback from viewings honest and open.
The property took 6 months to get an offer, but I always felt that Boutique Properties (Jo in particular) were pushing hard to get a sale.

The photographs were very good quality and the description of our property was great.

On valuation day as Jo was leaving she said "I will sell your house" and my goodness me 4 weeks later she did. We had been with another local agent and had not heard anything from them for weeks no contact and no viewings. Went on with Jo and the team and wow within a few days the phone was ringing with viewings. A couple of offers forwarded ( one had to sell) and bingo we were sold. After sales simply excellent kept updated throughout. Ayshea and Kirstie were brilliant cannot fault them one bit. Well done |Jo and the team well done Boutique Property Shop.
