Having never heard of these guys before, whilst looking for a property to purchase, I found one which was suitable through these. The viewing was great, relaxed and enjoyable with a non pushy attribute to it (unlike some I've walked away from). Kept in touch regularly with Darren who was happy to offer advice and support throughout the process of buying especially when it's complicated.. Found when needed a document for a mortgage application, it was sorted extremely quickly and overall a great reliable estate agent in the heart of the local area this establishment serves. We have had the pleasure of working with Darren and the team selling our house in Goring. Throughout what has been a turbulent time due to the cost of living and political climate(thanks Kwasi). We have finally exchanged and completing this weekend. Through all the hurdles they have been there with advice and helped and I have to say certainly earnt their fee with the number of viewings generated. If you want to sell listen to the advice especially about pricing strategy. Others might offer a larger target price but Darren will help you get the right price for the market. .... Read more
