I cannot recommend Lindsay, Nicole and Julian of Romford Branch enough. My property, a flat, was being sold on a strict timeline which could have been incredibly stressful, but this was not the case as I was reassured and updated the whole way through. Throughout the entire process Lindsay and Nicole liaised between the buyer and my solicitor so the sale completed on time.<br>As the property was empty and I do not live close by Julian would check the flat for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of Brookings team.<br>From start to finish Lindsay , Nicole and Julian filled me with absolute confidence, they were always ready to answer and deal with questions that arose, they are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and always go that extra mile. Well where do I start. From my first interaction with Ryan to my last with Lindsay is nothing but fantastic. Brookings managed the rental of my property for four years. I live a long distance away from the property and therefore I relied on them completely. They did an excellent job. Any problems or annual requirements were quickly and efficiently sorted, communication was great. Any issues I had with the tenants following the annual reviews were dealt with. Good advice was given regarding annual rent increases. They made my life as a new and inexperienced landlord really easy.<br>When the time came to sell the property I used Brookings as the estate agent. We sold within 5 months albeit somewhat below the original asking price which proved to be a little ambitious. Again I received good advice and communication throughout the process with speedy responses to any queries I had. The whole process was as stress free as selling a house could possibly be.
