Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase.
You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme.
Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.
