CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long. Brilliant service. We found one of their homes up for rent and gave us a call to tell us about the property and all the details. They were incredibly friendly! Liz was our estate agent for the house viewing and she made us feel welcome from the beginning. Liz went into complete detail about the situation and was easy to speak with. I called the office as a property investor with the intention to view three properties. Whilst in discussion with a gentleman was stated he was the owner of CBSlade did nothing but be rude, interrupt, patronising and arrogant to me from the offset, then actually asked me if I had a problem with him! I had the phone on speaker and my husband was also appalled at the way he spoke to me and conducted his business. I emailed the office after as was upset, to receive a non apologetic babbled email saying how they have to ask all the questions due to Covid, totally missing the fact about how rude, arrogant and unprofessional he was!
