This estate agency is very unprofessional and choose their tenants based on appearance . They may ask you to view different properties that require huge travelling distances even though these properties are not available. If you have paid a holding deposit they still may show the properties to other tenants. If you view a property you may find that it you contact century 21 they will they purposely ignore you or get a receptionist to say that all staff are unavailable if they have already decided that they will not give you the property until someone else has paid . It does not matter if you tell them you have all deposit and rent available they may still give the property to someone else... Read more
