Katie and Beckie have been absolutely outstanding with the sale of our house. The initial meeting and valuation, where we were briefed on how the property would be marketed and what they would undertake to sell our house, left us with a feeling of confidence that we were in the right hands, and indeed we were. Communication was excellent. We were kept up to date regularly via a WhatsApp group, as well as phone calls, which was fabulous. Questions and replies that needed to be relayed between various parties, we’re done so promptly. We have already recommended Chapters to friends, and will continue to do so. Overall the professionalism and support was an utterly wonderful experience, during what is one of the most stressful things to do in life. Thank you doesn’t even come close to expressing our gratitude to them.

We’re really happy with Chapters, we decided to go with them as they were recommended from a friend and their fee is better than other estate agents in the area.
We had Katie helping us most of the time and we’d also sometimes speak to Beckie. Both were absolutely fantastic.
Katie did an amazing job of getting things pushed through, she was very warm and friendly and kept us all calm throughout a very complicated and frustrating ordeal caused by solicitors losing documents amongst other things.
Unfortunately the sale dragged on for 6 months but I feel like Katie and Beckie were a great help in finally getting it over the line.
The things I loved about selling through Chapters were the price they listed our house at knowing our situation, they priced it perfectly for a quick sale without going too cheap, I like how they created a WhatsApp group for the sale which made it easier to look back at previous conversations, I liked how Katie and Beckie were consistently friendly and honest, they didn’t fob us off at any point and were always contactable, Katie would message us at all hours if she heard any news from our buyers.
I 100% believe that Chapters, (mainly Katie and Beckie) are the reason we’re now living in our dream house. We can’t thank them enough!

Well, what can I say! This estate agent is amazing. Not only do you get two agents working with you, I had Katie & Beckie (you're never left waiting for a response if you use the personal WhatsApp group they set up for you) but also, be prepared to move quick.

As buyers of a property sold through Chapters we had a fantastic experience. Beckie was attentive and completely invested in making the process as smooth as possible.
The standard of communication was impeccable. Once the purchase was accepted Beckie set up a WhatsApp group between ourselves and her. Any question or query was immediately answered, no question was too little or silly and this genuinely made the process go as smooth as it could whilst being so personal and attentive. No leaving voicemails or being constantly on the phone was a little luxury ?
We can’t recommend Chapters enough whether you are buying or selling. Whilst we only used Chapters as a buyer, if we ever were to put our house on the market again, we would 100% market through Chapters.
