We did a few viewings ourselves which we didn’t want to do but it was my husband who finally sold the property with a viewing. After sales communication was poor with us having to chase for information and often no one taking responsibility for the sale which became frustrating. Over priced for limited work
Next time we will use purple bricks who our sellers sold with and we’re fantastic to deal with.

Drew at Choice Properties in Mablethorpe has been incredibly helpful, friendly, positive and proactive in helping my partner and I relocate to the coast. We're not quite there yet (our fault), but Drew has said he'll keep us abreast of any properties that come up within our criteria, as soon as they do.

Very professional staff only one thing let's the company down their inability to pick up a phone it rings and rings surely they can afford to empty someone to man the phones we left several messages before someone rang back even then they did seem to worry that it took 2 days before they rang back.

Extremely hard sale (chain wise), 2 ladies dealt with terrible misinformation from bottom of the chain sellers. Although I asked for an early sale (I.e may through to Aug) it took till following Mar 22 to complete. The 2 agents at choice worked tirelessly to make it happen and we’ve now about to be rewarded. Full credit but it’ll be a long time till I sell/buy another property with the state of the housing market! Well done ladies you did it!

We chose Choice Properties to sell our houses and land because, after doing some research, we discovered that they advertised and sold the most properties in Mablethorpe. We have not been disappointed. It is largely family run which means the staff cares. Although all the staff are excellent, a special mention must go to Hannah, the manager. She is passionate about selling properties and has worked tirelessly on our behalf. With previous estate agents, we have had to do our own viewings and negotiations, but not with Choice - nothing is too much trouble. It is no surprise therefore, that we highly recommend their service.
