Not all estate agents are the same and Christian is a rare gem. He's honest, straightforward and hard-working and he has real flair: his photography and copy-writing skills are excellent. Integrity isn't always the first word I'd use to describe other agents I've experienced but you can rely on Christian to do his absolute best for you, with diligence and good humour.

Excellent service from Christian, we couldn’t recommend him highly enough, just wished we found him sooner. Prior to listing our property with Christian, we had been with a well known national estate agent for 4 months, who generated just 6 viewings and no offers during that time. Within a few weeks of switching to Christian not only did we have more viewings than the previous 4 months, those viewings also led to 3 separate offers. From offer to completion everything was smooth and stress free thanks to Christian. The way Christian marketed our property and his constant pro- activeness was a major factor.
