Every member of staff I have had communications with including Spencer, Ben and Amy have been so helpful and responsive in a very efficient timely manner. I both bought and sold with Churchills Easingwold in late 2024. I originally chose them for my sale based on recommendation and because Spencer showed me another property and I liked his approach - personable, helpful and well-informed about the home and the area. Having looked at properties with other estate agents in the area this was a refreshing change.
I feel that Churchills priced our property correctly (we did not have to reduce before accepting an offer) and gave good advice regarding the local market. They were always available and a real person answered the phone every time I rang the office which was great and gave me confidence that potential buyers would be responded to quickly. We got helpful feedback from viewers in a timely manner and Ben and Spencer keep us updated with prospective buyers so that our decision-making was well-informed.
We are happy with the timings of the sale - Ben & Spencer were both involved in chasing solicitors right up to the wire on the day of exchange and I would not have managed a pre-Christmas move if it wasn’t for their hard work and negotiation.
I’m very happy we chose Churchills Easingwold, Spencer, Ben and Jo are a great team and definitely go the extra mile. Safe to say this the first time I’ve given an Estate Agent a (good) review!
