FANTASTIC. I would give 10 stars if I could. Clive, Miranda and the whole team at Clive Pearce have been incredible.
The help and support we received through the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home has been 10/10.
They all went above and beyond to insure the process was as smooth as possible and nothing was too much trouble.
Everyone we spoke to on the phone/email was friendly and helpful and responded to us really quickly.
Not that we plan on moving - but if we do we would definitely resell our house with Clive Pearce.

The marketing was altered to appeal to our target audience, we had an offer within 3 weeks and completed within 3 months. The team worked well together and all the usual frictions of maintain and marketing an empty property were minimised. Highly recommended!

At first meeting Clive I found he was quite a down to earth guy very knowledgeable about the local area. I’ve also found the woman who sorted our viewings really good Bebe I think her name is.
However you’re not allowed to ask simple questions like can we increase the price of our property to reflect the work done and considering we’re not in a massive rush to sell anymore. We only wanted to increase it to what Clive previously valued it at. Secondly a simple question of do we need to give notice if we were to switch an agent. We had no intention of doing so it was just a very simple question that I think should have been answered professionally not of the cuff of Clive throwing a little tantrum via email. In the meantime they’ve took our property off rightmove and terminated the contract. I just thought I’d let you know Clive you’re not gods gift to property sales we can just sell with someone else and perhaps stay calm when a customer asks a question it’s not always in malice. Added a photo of conversation and the only reason you’ve not got 1 star is because of the woman who did the viewings. All the best for the future

We recently purchased a house through Clive Pearce, and the process went smoothly. The agents we personally met during our house hunting journey were professional, and we're satisfied with our final choice.
However, one experience left a sour taste. I had put an offer on a house, but then another property listed by the same company caught my attention. I emailed to inquire about viewing it, unaware that this wasn't allowed since I had already made an offer on another property.
A female agent called me, clearly annoyed, and asked why I was trying to view this property. Her tone was condescending, and she said, 'So, are you going to keep doing this?' I felt spoken down to and belittled.
In hindsight, I understand that I shouldn't have inquired about viewing the second property. Nevertheless, the agent's unprofessional demeanor was unwarranted. A simple explanation would have sufficed.
Unfortunately, I don't recall the agent's name, but the experience has tainted my overall impression of the company.

From accurate marketing and price negotiation, right through to completion; they made what could have been a stressful process smooth and well managed. 28 days before my contract was due to end, I dropped in my notice of termination because I could not stand being tied to this company or having their board in my garden any longer.
In my opinion (from having made the mistake of signing up with them), the reason they seem to have a lot of boards up and their charts look impressive; is because he tells you what you want to hear and pins you down for months waiting for people to ask about a property.
With the effort he puts into selling your home, it’s more like they let the market and Rightmove do the job for them.
I don’t recommend selling through them and I won’t be buying through them after this experience either.

Agreed asking house price having been listed a few days earlier.
Darren/ Mark were not willing to arrange a viewing outside of the working day, which was extremely disappointing.
The owners were out of the country and I am sure as an independent estate agency would have shown more flexibility.
The house sale has been agreed with another buyer.
Suffice to say will not be contacting them again.
If interested in one of their properties, make sure YOU as the buyer can move heaven and earth to meet the estate agents needs and not the other way round.

Absolutely fantastic! I had been watching the video's for a couple of years knowing we would be selling in the future, it was good to get to actually look round a property rather than just pictures which never really represent the true sizes of rooms. They do such a good job of them! When my mother passed and had to sell her property, we didn't hesitate to call Clive Pearce for valuation and put it up for sale. Alex did a great video and the property sold very quickly. We had phone call updates on viewings directly after the viewing, and we were kept up to date literally every step of the way. I honestly can't thank the staff enough. I have enjoyed speaking to everyone, they are extremely friendly, courteous, understanding of our situation and in my opinion the most important thing was trustworthy.

??Warning?? Will not cover their own damage even when they’ve acknowledged it being their fault.
Clive Pearce gave two people a viewing on our house yesterday, rang to ask us if our door was dodgy, and we said no because it wasn’t. We went down last night to find that not only was it broken, but quite impressively, the whole lock had been forcefully pushed through the garage door to the other LOCKED side. ‘dodgy’, she said. She’s broken it completely. The lock is on the floor on the other side of the locked garage door so we can’t even get in there to take out the stuff we need asap. We can’t even call in a locksmith because there’s no lock to pick there anymore. Even worse, when we called to hopefully have them take responsibility for it, they told us our door must have been broken and refused to take any action to help, or even cover the expense of a new garage door. Even though the agent rang us to try and catch us out by asking us vaguely if it had ever been ‘iffy’ without telling us she broke it. We don’t even need to prove it’s now broken, because else why would we hand her the key to a garage door that has a hollow space for any lock? My mother is fuming, and we’re pulling out of the house sale. Basically, don’t choose Clive Pearce if you’re expecting your property to be taken care of during viewings as a basic standard. There wasn’t even any apology.

Having been here before as a cornish person the building work over taking the outside military jail, the lack of disability facilities,the lack of staff supporting the queue of visitors ruined the whole ambience of the place. Why change something that is part of cornish history .. sorely disappointed for family guests I was taking there and ended up going to the Eden project

Very upsetting experience with this agent! Viewed a property last week put an offer in on the same day was told late that evening that the offer had been accepted and congratulated us and told us we could celebrate, we were over the moon. We then were told on the Saturday of that week by them that we should wait until it had been confirmed as they had not yet completely confirmed it and the sellers were waiting for their offer to be confirmed. We were contacted today to be told by them someone else had put a higher offer in, we matched their offer, we were then told that this agent had gone back to the other bidder and told them we had put in the same offer and then we were told that the other bidder had now put in a substantially higher offer!
Thank you very much for completely getting our hopes up for nothing and making us worry all bank holiday weekend!! What a joke! Completely agree with the other negative comment on here about maybe pricing their properties at the correct value in the first instance to avoid completely wasting peoples time and playing with people emotions! A very unpleasant and emotional experience! Found the agent to be extremely unprofessional!
