I've been a tenant in a property managed by Cloud Estates for over 7 years, only leaving in June after the landlord sold the property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to both landlords and tenants. They are very professional and address issues very promptly and diligently, although I had very few issues during my tenancy. Sorry to be leaving.

After starting the tenancy on a bad foot with a flea infestation and a few issues around the house, the team at Cloud Estates didn't wait around and fixed the issue with pest control and ever since have had a speedy delivery on the house issues. I would happily go for a property again with them if they have the same speediness with all properties.

In 2024 I was investigating the purchase of properties in Gateshead. I spoke to several Agents for help and advice but Cloud Estates, specifically Liane, were really very helpful. Abhorrent service. Forced us to move in 3 days late as there were smackheads living in the flat, then forced us to move out 5 days early as they were completely disorganised. Charged us most of our deposit for ridiculous reasons, we never had the sofa we were promised and the back door was locked shut for months. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

David from cloud estates came for a visit to our property to fix a door. After finishing the job he asked if we had any other issues, to which we replied that we did. We previously had 2 contractors come about a smell but calmed they couldn’t find the issue or smell it either. David took us seriously and with a quick check found a dead mouse under one of the cupboards. He removed it quickly and cleanly for us. He has also made a point or checking the whole property for signs of entry, Thank you David!

Our previous letting agents went out of business and changed over to Cloud Estates and after a week of not having a working shower or anyone to contact, as soon as Cloud Estates were made aware of the issue they have been super responsive to get the problem sorted asap.
Issue was diagnosed and resolved in the same day by the lovely David who fixed our toilet and installed smoke alarms at the same time!

Awful service! Spoke with an agent on the phone and we agreed viewing for certain day and hour. She said you will receive a confirmation email in few minutes. What really happened I have received email ten minutes later saying that the place is not available anymore!

I was not happy with the service I received from this company. This company is not worth the hassle, if you put down a deposit, might as well say goodbye to that as you’ll never get it back and ontop of it you’ll get charged with no receipt as to why I’ve been charged. The advisors were rude and quite passive aggressive.

As a retired Chartered Surveyor i must give them credit for an exceptional service from start to finish. Throughout they gave me sound professional advice, marketed the property accurately attracting interest not only from the north east , but also london and abroad. They had a thorough selection process for limiting the number of viewings to serious potential bidders and then took a lead to secure offers and best offers to ultimately achieve the best market price.

No inventory which makes the contract redundant. Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.

Went in today to put down a deposit to be told it has Been promised to other people after already being told we could have it. Small company ran by sheepish men who don't know anything about the property's they are letting!! WOULD NEVER RECOMEND !!
