Stayed at 7 Porthilly View. Excellent well equipped property with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Good parking close to the property. Nice garden area for the children to run around in. Well located close to Padstow centre. We visited for the duration of the Padstow Christmas Fayre and a nice touch was that they had set the dining room table up for a Christmas meal with crackers etc. Second time using CRW for our stays in Padstow and found their properties to be much better than those we have stayed in with other providers. They will be our company of choice for future visits.

Trenain Farm Trebetherick is a favourite place of mine to take a holiday. I've been visiting the area almost every year since the mid 1960's often staying in the big house or more recently in the two delightful old farm barn conversions. There's loads of stuff to do whatever your age I can't recall ever being bored in all my years of visiting. I love the privacy seclusion and isolation Trenain's location offers slightly off the beaten track yet central to everything that's of interest. There's a day each holiday that's not as good as the rest and that's the day you leave.

We have used CRW Holidays for quite a few years now and have always found them to be very responsive and helpful whenever we want to enquire about or make a booking with them. They have also been extremely helpful on the few occasions when we have needed their help during a stay at one of their properties when nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to continue to use them for holiday bookings or to recommend others to do the same.

We had a great stay in Setters Rest. It is a really nice house. It is well looked after and has all you could need for a great week in Padstow and the surrounds. Very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the harbour which is only about 15minutes walk away. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor space is very good and has great views. Tesco store is only about 10minutes walk away.

What fabulous week . Loved every minute . Super views across the estuary. I brought my E bike with me so loved fhe trips up the camel trail to Weybridge . Enjoyed watching the Little Egrets Curlews and other waders along the way. Thank you .

Really enjoyed our stay at The Old Boatyard in. The apartment is in a great location with wonderful views and a dedicated parking space. It is fully equipped with all you need and the box of all sorts of tea, coffee and biscuits is a great idea. There is gated access straight onto the harbour or onto the path up to the monument. Looking forward already to our visit next year.

Do I want to leave a review that will ensure people stay at Trevillian in Padstow? Absolutely not! Why would I share my little piece of heaven with others? Tell them about this amazing accommodation, managed by a wonderful agency, set on the outskirts of a gorgeous, lively harbour, which is close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall..I don’t think so!! Can’t wait to return as soon as possible, booking to stay here makes my working life tolerable ??

We arrived at Glen-Mar a family of 4 and a dog. First impressions were good. Great sized rooms, especially the sun room, lovely carpets and comfortable sofas. The TV’s are Freeview plus all the regular streaming apps. It’s a shame a welcome pack isn’t provided of milk, bread, butter, tea bags and biscuits. As the local Spar shop shuts at 6 you might get caught out if you’ve had a long journey so bear this in mind.
The garden is fully enclosed and was great for our dog. Plenty of space for him. Garden chairs and table and washing line but no pegs. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen though. The double bed was comfy but our teenage boys were not so in theirs and they were quite noisy when turning over! Decent shower in one of the 2 bathrooms.
The location of the bungalow is great. It’s a 16 minute walk to the Mariners and a decent spot on the beach at least 25 min walk. It’s close to the bakery and Spar and fish and chips. Places of interest also not far in a car.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and miss the gorgeous scenery of Cornwall.

Fantastic stay at Polkarrek, easy access to the beach on foot, great view from the house. Lots of space for the family and excellent facilities. Fully enclosed garden for us to relax in. Rentals in north Cornwall have become a cut throat business. Certain competitors of CRW have shocking conditions buried in their small print. CRW aren't like that and we are relieved that we usually find what we want through them so that we don't have to use the other agents. For 12 years now it has been a pleasure to deal with them.

We've been coming down to the area for the last 20 years and Ogilvie is our favourite house! The views from the deck are spectacular and the house itself is really comfortably furnished and well equipped. It is in a perfect location and a fantastic home from home. It's also nice that it's still rented out through CRW holidays as a small independent specialist company.

Polcarrek is a gem of a property if you love views of the sea and sunsets.
The lounge is upstairs with huge picture windows and a covered balcony area with seating- whatever the weather you can enjoy great views and listen to the distant waves.
The property is a great size with comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a large kitchen area and utility. We cooked meals and enjoyed eating them together in the kitchen and on the terrace overlooking the garden. The garden has another raised seating area which is a lovely place to read a book with a view.
CRW were helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and we would all definitely love to stay there again!

A fabulous stay at Polcarrek what a great home in a great location. Everything we needed a real home from home. We could walk to the bay or the sea pool and just a mile further to Harlyn Bay which is dog friendly year round with no restrictions. We didn’t want to leave ! The only small thing was that we would have welcomed a couple of fans and probably should have brought our own as sleeping on a few of the nights was a bit uncomfortable. The house and the facilities were top notch and I would definitely recommend to others

50 years ago in 1975, we Honeymooned in this building. Many years and many changes later, we returned to enjoy the beautiful views and tranquility of the Old Boatyard (Gulland Rock Hotel in 1975) Which is situated right beside, but separate from the lively fishing and tourist port of Padstow. As half a century ago, the weather was almost perfect. The ebb and flow of the tides, the life of the estuary and the excellent variety of places to eat, provided plenty of interest without needing to drive each day. We spent a great day walking from the Rock ferry to Daymer bay, to watch the great rally of Cornish Pilot Gigs racing at the mouth of the Camel estuary. We returned via the very pretty St Enodoc church, where Sir John Betjeman lies. A near perfect day.
14, the Old Boatyard is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous views from both living room and main bedroom. It is well equipped and easy to live in for 2-4 people. The flat was very well presented and the welcome pack of shortbread biscuits and milk, plus the selection of teas and coffee bags made our first hours pleasant and unhurried, as we decided where to eat on our first evening.
The CRW staff in the Padstow office were helpful and welcoming, when we popped in with a query.
We enjoyed our second stay on Padstow's ancient "Lower Yard" site and hope to return again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hirst@no8. Delightful hosts and very convenient location for Padstow. Very pleasant walk into Padstow so we didn't need the car much. Plenty of restaurants and bars to eat out. Always enjoyed a cocktail at Ruby's Bar before the walk back up the hill.

Great little company, so nice to deal with a local firm rather than a big holiday letting company. Lower Trenain Barn was just beautiful, and being just a stroll to Daymer Bay was such a treat. Unfortunately there were more internal steps than we anticipated so this made it tricky for one of our party but I’d definitely recommend both CRW and the property to anyone.

CRW were brilliant again this year. We had a query/ special request before booking, and the company contacted the owner of the holiday cottage and came back to us really quickly with a positive response. All our communication with them was friendly, positive and professional. We popped in to their office while in Padstow to ask a question about bin collection and again they were super helpful and friendly. It’s such a benefit having a local company with a local physical presence. Last year we went to Yorkshire and used a national company and had a nightmare when there was a significant problem during our stay. CRW have such a personal touch. We will book through them again in the future as they are super.

We have stayed at Myebon every year for 10 years. It is in the most beautiful, quiet, location and overlooks the River Camel and the Camel Trail, yet only a few minutes walk to the town and harbour. The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped with a pretty, well maintained garden and outdoor seating area.
We have loved every holiday that we have spent at Myebon, no matter what the time of year, and looked forward to our next stay the following year, if not before! T&M

We stayed at Gwel Teg, a pleasant modern bungalow that's very well equipped with easy parking, a wonderful view across the Camel estuary, and only a convenient short walk into Padstow itself. Highly recommended. (Book early - we had no problem with availability at the end of February, but summer holiday weeks fill up very quickly)

Our second stay at Heidaway! We love this charming cottage! Fantastic location for exploring Cornwall and an easy walk into Padstow without having to worry about parking, being opposite Tesco is a huge bonus too.
The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming. Two good sized double bedrooms and a bathroom plus downstairs loo makes it perfect for families. Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and welcome treats are a lovely touch.
We're so happy to have found this gem and we cannot wait to return.

Five of us and two dogs had a wonderful stay in Coswarth Cottage for a week over New Year. It is a lovely, well equipped big house in a great location, moments from the centre of Padstow and all its delights. Check-in was straight forward and CRW Holidays were very responsive. I can imagine this would be great in summer with the outdoor space too.

We had an amazing stay at 14 The Old Boatyard. Fantastic views of the Camel Estuary, perfect location for all the lovely restaurants, shops and cafes in Padstow, only a few minutes walk away.
The apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was nice to have secure parking too.
This was our third stay at the Old Boatyard and we will definitely be returning next year.
If I had one criticism it would be that the shower needs a bit of attention as it continued to drip even when turned off but this was a minor issue and in no way spoilt our holiday.

Little Egret is a wonderful place to stay, we’ve been in excess of 8 times over the past 5 years. Fantastic views of the Camel Estuary and only about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Padstow. It’s fully equipped in the kitchen and has sky pls WiFi.
The crew at CRW Holidays are excellent too.

My wife and I stay in Padstow every autumn, always plus our dog and have done so since 2008, some 16 years. We may have missed 2020 because of Covid. Sometimes we go twice.
We have used CRW almost every year since 2008 to book accommodation and the service we receive from the firm is just excellent without fail. We have already booked for 2025.
CRW has a great selection of homes to rent, all over the area surrounding Padstow and Rock, we highly recommend them.

Perfect location for us as my parents can't walk far so was good to be in the centre of the town. It wasn't noisy either. My Dad is from Padstow and so we were very familiar with the area, my only suggestion would be to plan how you will drop off your belongings at the house and park afterwards as it is on a very narrow road and could be tricky.
CRW were very responsive, I contacted them to ask if we could gain access an hour earlier and they called me whilst driving down to say yes. They also sent a handyman round straight away to look at a light. The house was very comfortable and we would definitely consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glen Mar. The house is very well kept and perfect for a young family during a busy half term break. We shall certainly consider renting again!!
The only *slight* negative was i wish the double bed had been a king bed. Standard doubles are just too small really for 2 fully grown adults.

Our house had a few issues with it, but once reported to CRW they were very quickly resolved. The response was friendly and swift and the trades that were sent were professional and friendly too. I would happly recomend using this company for a holiday.

It is a beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and tranquil. The living room is airy and comfy, and the history of the barn is resonant with the surrounding fields and the bay glimpsed beyond pines. We enjoyed it very much.

CRW were very good and helpful. The house is located well but was disappointing for the charges. It was not thoroughly clean, we had to wash the mattress cover as stains from previous occupants so did not start the holiday off well. Having to bring bed linen and towels uses up to much space in a car so would not hire a cottage again without it being included. Kitchen cupboards smelt damp and the garden area was an after thought, very little care and attention. Outside shower as advertised also was not working. This house could be wonderful for a family to stay in Padstow, has everything but the owners need to invest in both the property and customer experience.

I booked this house for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday. It is in a fantastic position with beautiful views of the Camel Estuary and is within a very short walk to the main centre of Padstow. The house has plenty of off road parking accommodating larger vehicles. The house itself is excellent, downstairs has a very nice open plan kitchen diner, very well equipped kitchen. There is a nice deck with seating outside and fully enclosed garden. There are 3 very nice spacious bedrooms, 2 with full en-suites, lovely showers. Excellent storage in the bedrooms. The very comfortable lounge is upstairs with beautiful views. Everything was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

So easy to book, property was as advertised and staff really helpful when we were trying to locate a local dog sitter, access to the property etc.
unfortunately both myself and my husband came down with a nasty virus which curtailed our holiday somewhat however the views of the estuary each day helped ensure we did get some relaxation. highly recommend CRW and will look to use again

House perfect. Best shower in the world ! We can see this is a fairly new holiday home. Needs - Visitors book, bread bin. Thats it. I lowered the top tray in dishwasher as small plates were hitting the top and risked damage.????????????????

Absolutely first class from booking to leaving.
The property was just as listed and better than expected.
Amenities were excellent, the house was spotlessly clean & the location was just a stroll from both the Camel Trail & Padstow…… a little more difficult on the way home due to the hills but this was helped by the fuel we’d taken on board!!
We’d definitely stay again & thank you CRW & in particular Amanda for your helpful advice & service.

The property is well located, convenient for the shops and the beach. While I note that the property is new for 2024, the decor is a bit tired and could do with a revamp, although I did like the lounge.
The provision of crockery and cutlery, while sufficient for 6 people, could do with being increased, and the number of other utensils is a bit basic. Also, only 1 drying up cloth and no towel in the kitchen is a bit mean.
The bed in the main bedroom is only a double, and not king size as stated in the specification.
I would however have no hesitation in staying here again.

We had a Really lovely stay at Upalong. It’s in a great location with a well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds with quality bed linen.
A full length mirror would be a good addition and matching coat hangers would smarten the downstairs bedroom. Some of the mugs in the kitchen are chipped and cracked and could go to be replaced.
Only minor points of improvement. We would definitely return !!!

Great service from the ‘letting’ staff, were available to chat to , to answer questions and queries. The property as large , fenced in garden and parking for at least 4 cars , great outlook , to open fields ,opposite. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and bar. Would use CRW , again for property search .

Another lovely year spent at Trewestcot. It could do with a bit of updating but doesn’t stop us from having a great time. It would be good if there were cushions for the outdoor dining set and, ideally, another place to dine outside the front of the house to catch the evening sun.
We’ll be back again next year.

Amazing views of the beach and surf from the 3 large patio doors.
My mother has mobility issues so loved being able to watch the beach and waves from the armchair. It was marvelous opening the large patio doors open, hearing the ocean and seeing so much.
The bungalow inside is beautifully level so my mother could use her wheeled mobility walking aid to move between the rooms. The property is not designed as an accessible property but for our needs we could make it work really well in this way with the exeception that my mother couldn't make the step up in to the ensuite shower.
The garden and raised decking area were used daily too by us. Our party range of age was 15-80, so the outdoor area came in to its own too for us.
The kitchen appliances were very modern and high spec. The fridge/freezer was nice and large, aswell as a large, deep, full height cupboard so our enormous supermarket shop was easily stored.
The vaulted ceiling in the sitting room makes the room feel very spacious.
The only things we didn't like quite so much are the cameras at the entrance. While these two cameras filming the driveway have the benefit of offering an enhanced security feature for the property, as we didn't know how wide angled the camera pointing into the drive was, it meant we didn't know how much of the garden/patio area could also be filmed, and so that camera specifically did create a feeling of being watched.

Had a lovely holiday in Treaaron, well equipped house. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants in St Merryn. Close to several
lovely beaches. Bedrooms and bathroom good size. A few things to be aware of - the downstairs shower area is small.. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and found the kitchen a bit cramped. The snug is a lovely room and comfortable but very cramped with 6 adults. We weren’t given access to the house until 4.40 and the floors were still very wet, however the house was very clean. The garden is uneven and has a couple of concrete steps, couldn’t turn our back on our toddler for a second..

Fantastic location but the house is damp and dark, not like the photos. The single bed in the middle room was so hard a lumpy I had to make a bed out of cushions and duvets for my 9 year old to sleep on the floor. Not worth the price you pay

Really enjoyed our stay at Malindi. The property has had a refresh and looks much better for it. The outlook from the deck is the standout feature. I also loved the hot water outside shower! The small double bed was not very comfortable.

I was very impressed by all the detailed information CRW Submitted prior to my holiday in Padstow.Their house keeping is also second to none as our accommodation was exceptionally fresh and clean upon arrival. This makes a big difference following a long journey!
The property we have rented for many years is about to be sold. I would just like to thank the owner for providing such comfortable accommodation with lots of extra home comforts. It may well be rented again but the new owners will have a hard act to follow.

A really lovely stay. This house is ina great location and is perfect for large families and groups. The garden is beautiful and perfect for dogs. The bathrooms are clean and functional and the kitchen has an extensive range of cookware suitable for big groups. Although the inside of the property is older and some parts in need of modernising (some damp patches and condensation on the inside of old windows) the space was clean and warm and perfect for our stay ??.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need for a relaxing quiet holiday. We chose to visit in the Winter months when it is not so crowded, apartment was warm and comfortable. The view across the estuary to Rock is lovely and changes all the time. Saw some beautiful sunrises and birds. The location is perfect and secure with a gate directly onto the SW Coast path. Would recommend.

We have used CRW for many years staying in a beautiful house on Dennis Road that unfortunately is now permanently occupied by the owners. For a change this time we went for an apartment overlooking the Camel Estuary - 9 The Boatyard - and we were looking forward to enjoying the New Year there. A few days before we were due to travel we had a serious family crisis which meant we would not be able to travel and no insurance covers this type of situation. Amanda at CRW was very accomodating and really tried to help us but ultimately the decision lies with the owner of the Boatyard who would not allow us to change our dates to later in the year and offered us a week later instead which was also not an option for us, so we lost our holiday and our money.

We had a fantastic holiday at Treaaron, the house & garden was beautiful. Lovely & clean, & well looked after. It was great to have fans available especially during a heatwave. We had an issue with the downstairs shower, but after contacting CRW the handyman came within a few hours. We will definitely return.

We stayed at 14 The Old Boatyard. On arrival the beds weren’t made up and there were no towels, however, after a phone call to the office this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The Old Boatyard has the most amazing views and is ideally situated for the harbour and town.

The location of the bungalow was very good with a much appreciated car parking space and the gardens were attractive.
The bungalow was very clean and we appreciated all the clear instructions for the appliances.
The bungalow was extremely cold on our arrival and it took some time before it warmed up.
The kitchen was well equipped although I am unsure as to how anyone could clean stainless steel pans with just a J-cloth! Luckily we had something with us. We found the lack of any heating in the kitchen to be of concern and the small ceramic heater which was discovered at the back of a cupboard was of no use at all.
We found the sofas in the living room uncomfortable.
The lack of handwashing facilities in the W.C is extremely unhygienic and the provision of hand gel (from Covid prevention measures) does not address this issue.

We have used Cole, Rayment and White for booking holiday properties for many years - they are a friendly, very knowledgeable and professional company and we highly recommend them. The properties are accurately described in the brochure and are always presented in great condition - always a nice touch to open the door on the first day and find tea, coffee, milk and local biscuits! Very disappointing, bungalow was described as immaculate....it wasn`t, it was tired decoration wise the property had not been cleaned well, we had to clean all crockery, cutlery and glasses ourselves before we could use them, skirtings were filthy, under the beds similarly, light and power point switches covered with finger marks, outside there were dangerous uneven patio slabs, filthy garden chairs, 2 of which were broken
Could we make complaint on move in day , Saturday....NO the agents office is closed on a Saturday afternoon, we emailed our findings and were contacted late Monday morning, replacement new chairs and a new hairdryer were supplied same day, the hairdryer in the bungalow on arrival had a very out of date PAT test sticker attached and it blew the power circuit when used!
The landlord refused a refund of part of the rent as we would not allow his cleaners back in, despite our telling the agents we had had to clean it all ourselves to make it satisfactory
There are at least 3 other Holiday letting agents in Padstow/Rock, who we have used in the past, we will never use CRW again
