We bought a home through Kim at Collins & Butler in Autumn 2022. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We never felt any pressure to buy. Kim was incredibly helpful, very genuine and relaxed throughout the process. Since we're new to the area, she was a fountain of knowledge, making some great recommendations and always going the extra mile, with a minimum of fuss. She even found us a gardener and a cleaner. She made herself available whenever suited us. Her husband even helped us when we got the key stuck in the front door on day 1! Our fault! I would highly recommend Collins and Butler. They act with great integrity and didn't try to sell us houses above our limit, unlike some others.
