Very happy with the service, from initial contact with Sam, excellent photographs and then attentive escorted viewings with the other girls at the office, mainly Karen, and follow up information from Caitlen. We are not sure where to start as to how happy and impressed we are with Sam and the entire Courtyard team. We had to put my mother in law’s property on the market as she couldn’t live safely at home any longer and had to go into a care home. We had three local agents round to provide market valuations. When Sam arrived, she explained the current market status and was very positive about the property if priced correctly would sell pretty quickly. To be fair the other agents also valued the property similarly. However, Sam explained Courtyard strategy and I was intrigued and very impressed, no bs just focus. So we decided to go with the Courtyard team. From the outset the positivity and professionalism of the team was absolutely refreshing. A What’s App group set up, each and every one of the viewings details were shared immediately. I won’t explain Courtyards strategy as you need to experience it yourself, it is outstanding and innovative. Safe to say within a week of choosing Courtyard, we had a buyer! Of course the legal side of the buying/selling process can be painfully slow, however the solicitors Courtyard recommended was excellent, and Courtyard’s in house “legal chaser” provided brilliant assistance in getting to exchange of contracts in approximately six weeks. We cannot praise Sam and team enough, each and everyone of the team are, professional, friendly, focused and driven, which as you can see a a huge recipe for success. Should you be contemplating selling of buying a property you cannot and we doubt will not beat the service provided by the Courtyard Team.

Just called the estate agents to view a property, the staff member was very misleading and basically advised me not to view the property. Not very professional and I would definitely not use there services to sell my house. I could also believe that the home owners who have there house up for sale wouldn't be happy to here they are telling potential buyers not to view.

Highly Recommend Courtyard Estate Agents!
We couldn't be happier with our experience selling our home through Courtyard estate agents. We were initially undecided as to whether to sell our home, but after speaking with Sam and her seeing the potential the house had, we were excited to put it on the market!
Courtyard secured an offer over asking price after just
one day of viewings, and the entire process was incredibly fast and efficient. We particularly liked the use of a WhatsApp group, which kept us constantly updated on every development, providing excellent transparency and peace of mind. Having a designated member of staff to chase solicitors was another invaluable service that truly streamlined what can often be a stressful part of the selling process.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the first phone call, all members of the Courtyard team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent service.
Within a week of our first call we'd had a meeting with Sam and photographers arranged. We were impressed with how Courtyard marketed the property for us, utilising different formats to make sure the property could be seen by as many potential buyers as possible, meaning we had lots of interest in the property for viewings.
Within a few weeks of the first call, we had a full weekend of viewings and had a number of offers on the property, which resulted in the sale. Toni then took over to support us through to completion. This was great as we were supported through the final stages, with Toni also liaising with our solicitors and the buyers to help the process run smoothly.
The whole process took approximately 3 months from first phone call to completion and we were kept fully informed throughout. We were really impressed with the high level of service we received and we would definitely recommend Courtyard to anyone looking to sell their home.

Excellent service from start to finish and you certainly get what you pay for with Courtyards. We had initially signed up with another local agent who did nothing to promote our property unlike Courtyards who were very proactive.
What I particularly liked about the company is that they have a dedicated sales progressor who deals with all the solicitor side, taking away the stress of constantly chasing all parties. Toni did an excellent job with the whole process of our sale which at times was quite difficult but she was professional and kept us updated throughout.
If you want your property sold and the process the be more painless then I fully recommend Courtyards.

The Staff at Courtyard were honestly very friendly and welcoming. Karen kindly showed us the property more than once, she was very nice to my husband and I and my toddler as well. Aside the fact the house was lovely, Karen and Ella at Courtyard made the whole process easy and smooth. They got back to us with any queries we had in no time and were professional throughout. There are cheaper estate agents out there, but if you want the very best, someone who’s got your back, gets you the best price, and makes the whole process stress-free, Courtyard Homes is the way to go!
We recently used them to sell our house in Winwick, and they were fantastic. We first spoke with Ashtons in Newton, but their agent downplayed our home, pointed out random negatives, and suggested a low asking price, likely aiming for a quick sale. Sam at Courtyard, however, was a breath of fresh air. She laid out her plan clearly, filled us with confidence, and was upfront about the fees and what she felt the property was worth.
Courtyard Homes also produced an amazing, high-quality video tour of our property. My favourite part was how they handled viewings. They grouped them all into one day, which was much easier for us. Before we knew it, we had several buyers competing, and we sold for a price we were happy with.
After the sale was agreed upon, Courtyard introduced us to Toni, our Sales Progressor. She was incredible. She was always on top of things, keeping us in the loop and making sure everything went off without a hitch.
I really can't recommend Courtyard Homes enough. While it might be tempting to save on fees, paying a little extra gives you a premium service and, in the end, a higher price for your home.

We first registered with courtyards in 2014, at the time we only had a small budget and wasn't sure we'd find a property in Culcheth. With a baby on the way we desperately wanted to move there. We'd registered at all the estate agents, Courtyards was the only one that made us feel hopeful we'd find something. They found us a perfect first home that we moved into 2 weeks after our daughter was born, what really stood out was the genuine support and excitement for us, they made the move run so smoothly! over the years we have now sold 3 properties, bought two and rent a property out through courtyards. We mainly dealt with Sam for the 'early days' process, followed by Toni when the sale was going through; both expertise were paramount to the selling process. They made the stressful process of selling our home easier and regularly contacted us with updates. Sam, Toni and the team were incredible and gave us the upmost support. I had an appointment today at 3.30pm, after 1 hour of driving (we’re from stockport) arrived 10 mins earlier, no signs of nobody at the property. It was raining a lot then I decide to call to the office, the person who suppose to attend was at the office dealing with another property that suffered a flooding. I do understand the urgency but someone should have to call us to let us know. We have a baby to feed and the weather wasn’t helping us either. I don’t recommend this agency, they don’t care if you lost your time and money.

Absolutely First Class, Professional Service From Start to finish.
My house, which was at the top end of the Equestrian market, had been advertised for sale with another leading UK Estate Agent for over a year.
Plenty of low Calibre viewings, but no serious interest & barely one derisory offer, which was quite frankly an insult.
I then lost patience & decided to reach out to Debbie Boardman, who was active in The Delamere area.
The difference was chalk & cheese from the get go.
Debbie, explored every which way to get the property sold.
Subtle improvements in decor & presentation, inside the main property, Amex & Gardens.
Debbie employed a professional film maker to produce a Hollywood Esq. personal promotional video, with drone footage & a brief history of the property.
The video was amazing.
The level of TLC & personal attention was exceptional.
Debbie certainly thinks outside the box,
exploring every marketing scenario & avenue, from meet & greet, (Champagne & Canapés) open days to Cheshire Life & tapping into her data bank of contacts that regularly attend equestrian race, show jumping & dressage meetings up & down the country.

The service that you get, from the videos and the photos to the social media reach, thrown in with a great knowledge of local property in the area (they have been doing this for years here now) is amazing.
They keep in touch with both parties of the sale on a regular basis throughout to make sure everything is moving as quickly as possible.
They have always exceeded the expected price of any property that they have sold for me, and have made sure it went through quickly which is why I wouldn't use anyone else.

Not the normal interaction with estate agents! Absolutely fantastic service in a complicated chain involving terribly slow solicitors and long turn around times because of foreign investment at the bottom of the chain. I can honestly say I doubt the transaction would have completed without Courtyards careful management throughout the process. Thanks in particular to Victoria there who was first class.
