Cumbrian properties were very fast to list the property once we gave them the go ahead including picking up the keys from the previous agent, taking photos and producing the pack. It literally took 24 hours. It was hard to know what individual things contributed to the quick sale of the property but after having been on the market for 3-4 months with another agent without a single viewing we had 4 through the door in just over a week. In the end I believe it was most likely a combination of the agents response to enquiries, the improved marketing material and positioning by the agent and the photos including some we provided with computer generated furniture to bring the empty property to life. Ultimately they got us to Sale STC within a couple of weeks so very happy with that. Would use again.... Read more

I already knew Cumbrian Propeeties as our last house at Parkland Avenue sold through them. My flat at Caldew Naltings sold STC within 24hrs but the buyer pulled out after 2 months (resulting in me incurring costs) as he was not aware and had not been informed by Cumbrian Properties that much of Carlisle had flooded in 2005 and 2015. The property was placed back on the market and again sold STC within 24 to 48hrs. This time a local buyer bought tge property. Overall, fairly satisfied with Cumbrian propeeties but the fact that it sold twice within such a short timevsays quite clearly it was undervalued by 5 to 10K.... Read more

Robert Foster, our first point of contact, was extremely empathetic to our situation - having to sell our aunt's home as she has gone into residential care. He showed great consideration while taking photographs and measurements. Well ,what can I say ? Susan M ,lettings negotiator with Cumbrian Properties has done it again - More than three years ago , Susan helped me to secure a lovely home in Carlisle where i was very happy, sadly the vendor wished to sell so I had to seek alternative accommodation , Once again , Sue ( super girl ) came to my rescue and quickly secured a reality nice home for me , The lady worked her magic once again and I cannot thank her enough I commend Susan to her manager for her outstanding service delivery. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention and thank Jodie who was also a breath of fresh air and along with Sue helped to alleviate the inevitable stress of moving.
