Curchods did a great job of selling our property in a difficult market. Adam and Esme were honest and realistic about the state of the market and what we could achieve, which helped us set the right price quickly rather than ask for something too ambitious. Once the sale was agreed in principle they worked hard to make sure the sale completed with minimum fuss, and were as successful as one can probably expect to be in the current market - i.e. there were issues but they overcame them well. Overall, commendable and recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Curchods in East Horsley throughout my flat purchase. The whole team were incredibly efficient, communicative, and supportive from start to finish. They were always quick to get answers, acted as a brilliant liaison between all parties, and made the entire process feel much smoother than I expected.
A special thank you to Lucy, she was outstanding at every stage. On the day of my viewing it was very hot, and after realising we'd walked from Horsley station she kindly offered us a lift back to save us a long walk back in the heat. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her clients. Lucy's professionalism and kindness continued throughout the process.
I also want to mention Adam and Nina, who were always polite, charming, and genuinely helpful whenever I called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they kept everything moving promptly.

Kate Dancey and her team at Curchods have been absolutely brilliant as the agents acting for the sale of my fathers house. Last year Dad had to go into a home and the house was put on the market. Curchods found a buyer very quickly and the property went under offer. there were delays from the buyers side which delayed the process and sadly my father died in January and the whole sale was tied up in Probate.
Kate has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process - dealing with lawyers, banks, buyers (and me!) whilst at the same time being very sensitive towards me and my sister during this difficult time.
Frankly I cannot fault them at all. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. This demonstrates the value in using a good estate agent. There is so much more to the sale of a property than just getting the property on the market and getting an offer. They provided guidance, advice and management of the whole process and for that I'm truly eternally grateful.

Having sold our house in East Horsley back in the summer through a very difficult time, Curchods were amazing in how professional and thorough they were in the sale of our property. They went the extra mile in terms of getting the right photos, even coming out in their own time to re-do photos in the best possible light. We were always given 24 hours notice of appointments and they always listened to what we wanted. Where they were most impressive, was through the actual completion of the deal, through constant liaison with the buyer and both lawyers - I would 100% recommend them above all the other agents in East Horsley!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Curchods to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. Kate, Max and Lucy couldn’t have been more professional or helpful throughout the whole process of my house sale. They kept in touch constantly to let me know how things were progressing and gave me clear and honest advice when I needed it which was very refreshing and incredibly useful. They recommended an excellent solicitor which contributed to the process being as stress free and simple as possible and managed to keep things moving forward smoothly even during the worst part and surrounding uncertainty of the Covid crisis.

Curchods in Horsley, Surrey, managed the sale and purchase of our new house there. They were very flexible around times of viewings, and handled a difficult probate process with graciousness. We visited many times, 5 or more, with the agents, and they were always polite and patient.
