I went to shop at Argos who I assume are renting space at Southernwood Retail Park - Old Kent Road, one of your properties you manage according to a board inside the park. I have a small moped and since there is no motorcycle parking bay, I did not want to take the whole space of a car bay and instead leave it to a car out of best intentions, so I parked outside of a parking bay without obstructing any traffic. I was soon surprised to know that there is a dedicated person employed by Premier Park which manages parking at the site that job is to be looking out for vehicles not complying with parking rules and then sending them parking charge notices. When I went to speak to Argos to explain that I am their customer and if they could nicely cancel the ticket they gave me. The employees said they get tickets themselves and they work at Argos. They were shocked and I quote "this is absolutely ridiculous..." So you manage the site and I understand your business model is to give rights to businesses like Premier Park whose revenue model is catching customers of Argos breaking parking rules and sending out parking charge notices to people who come to spend money in your retail park you are managing. For this business practice of catching customers who came to spend money at your site, you guys deserve 1 star : )... Read more

The shop is clearly advertised on zoopla but their receptionist couldn’t find it, transferred me to an agent who just doesn’t answer the phone, I called yesterday and today again but can’t speak with an agent or get a call back. I don’t know how people like this are in business.... Read more
