Sent two emails to this estate agent (one for a potential purchase and the other a rental) but never got a reply to either. So it seems to me that it’s a very inefficient company.

We put our rather lovely Budleigh Salterton flat with sea views on the market eighteen months ago but the market has been difficult and it has only just sold.
We were so lucky in our choice of David Rhys & Co to market the property. Sam and his team are first class.
The team organised multiple viewings and they did so enthusiastically over the eighteen months and when at last a buyer came along Sam gave us sound advice to clinch to deal. While the sale has been going through Sam was proactive and over the last week he put in a lot of time to push the deal over the line to exchange. We always felt they were working with us and for us.
I would recommend David Rhys as they really did put in the effort to sell the property and on top of that the whole team - Maxine, Rosie and Liz - are all so pleasant to deal with.
In every sense they deserve every penny of their commission on our sale. A big thank you from us.

I drove 2.5 hours to view a property, having made an appointment, it never happened because they did not bother to inform me that it was already sale agreed. Stuck outside the premises waiting for them to turn up; no apology. They even had the temerity to say that I was rude! Utterly disgraceful shower.
