We are so pleased we found our 1st family home with Dawson Nott. All the staff there are friendly and welcoming. They are always there to help with queries and with support when things seem to not be going right. Arranging viewings to go see the property a number of times was never a problem. Every member of the team are so lovely, i always felt so comfortable speaking with all of them. I am sad that now we have completed our purchase I won't be speaking or seeing them anymore. Purchased my 8th property now and I can honestly say the worst estate agents I've used, Jane Nott is so rude and very patronizing,it's a shame because if you're buying local you have to use them ??????????? but I certainly won't for reselling, atmosphere with all of them is not great maybe they should look for jobs with the inland revenue they'd all fit right in!not a great experience good luck.

Sold our property through this company. Alison and Jane were very good but could not say the same for Amy. She rarely passed messages on. She showed people around our property whilst we were on holiday and left our front door unlocked for two weeks. When we complained she never apologised to us either in person when we visited the office or even on the telephone. Alison and Jane did say "she is mortified" but still no apology off Amy. No gesture of goodwill off the company either. Amy also on one viewing forgot to tell a prospective purchaser about the garage which is what he wanted. I had to quickly remind her. I did the viewings after this incident regarding the unlocked front door and sold the property for the full asking price. Would no recommend Amy to do any viewings or handle your sale. Make sure that it is Alison or Jane.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication has been brilliant and really pleasant/friendly team to deal with. On numerous occasions they went beyond the call of duty and nothing was ever a hassle for them.
