Our property appeared to be a surprisingly difficult sell. Initially the property was over valued but Timmis provided the closest valuation and advised well when we had to drop the price to attract viewings. Timmis have done particularly well in enabling a deal to be made, by selling the house of our buyers to enable a no chain sale.
