Wouldn’t use again or recommend anyone to use either.
-Our house hadn’t sold yet and as soon as the house sold that we was interested in I had a call asking for permission to take our house of the market! No one was interested in trying to keep our house up for sale or trying to sell it.
-Another house came on the market that we wanted and we were in direct contact with the sellers - we put an offer in and soon after they took their house of the market. I got a call a week later ( after already buying a different house and I had called to let them know that we had found another house ) to tell me my offer was too low and that I needed to put a higher one in to put towards the sellers which would’ve been pointless because they took their house of the market!
- had also told them two times that once we had competed I would hand the keys over to the buyers myself ( again because I was in contact with them ) as soon as my house had completed sale - not completed the house that I had bought I had a call asking to hand the keys over to the new buyers asap even though we hadn’t fully completed.
Overall not a great experience. Everyone I’ve spoke to has said they haven’t had a good experience and have been impressed either.

I would definitely recommend Dee & Atkinson for selling property, communication was really good kept updated with buyers and feedback from potential buyers we have used Dee & Atkinson before but decided to use a different agent after months of not selling we soon went back to Dee& Atkinson and sold really quickly

From the first time we communicated to the last communication we had with Dee Atkinson & Harrison was very polite and professional.
We telephone and viewed many houses within the area through this company and they were very good and attentive, I would even say they went out of there way to accommodate us with viewings.
Throughout the buying process any questions we needed from their seller they came back quickly with the answers.
Even on the day of the sale we kept in touch with them and we appreciate their help when moving in.
I have praised this company many times to other people.
My son and Daughter in law are buying property through Dee Atkinson & Harrison at this present time and have already found them very helpful compared to other estate agents in the area, we also experienced this when we were viewing through other estate agents.

We agreed our purchase in the autumn 2024. No fault of the agents but we didn’t complete until 7th February 2025. Was a stressful purchase or maybe I’d forgotten how stressful house buying was!!! Paige and team were always at the end of the phone to listen to my moaning and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Paige and team for everything. Not that we are planning on moving but I’d come straight to you.

Our house was on the market for just over months. In that whole time we had one viewing. Getting feedback after that was difficult and all we got told was “they went for something else”. We were never informed of things they were doing to try and attract more viewings or sell our home.
At one point our sale board was taken down by mistake - no apology for the agent when we phoned them - who later claimed we hung up, so couldn’t apologise, which was a lie.
In the end we decided to take our home off the market as we missed our realistic window of being able to move. Very frustrating and unfortunate.
Had the property sold, based on the experience we had, I would definitely say they do not offer good value for money.
Ashleigh was good with her local knowledge and how to value the property, everything else seemed to let it down. Wish we went with another agent but too late for us now.

Called regarding a rental property, 2nd attempt with this company, told the person I needed to speak to was busy, 2 weeks later, still no phone call back, chased up and again nothing. Second time this has happened with Dee Atkinson, very poor, wouldn't bother wasting your time.

From the very first viewing, where Wendy was very informative and could see my enthusiasm and encouraged me, to subsequent viewings and dealings with Ashleigh, the help and support we received was first rate. Ashleigh always had time to help with queries and if she wasn't around others in the office helped too.
We had been house hunting for over a year and dealt with many local agents, but Dee Atkinson & Harrison were the best. Friendly, approachable, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, empathetic, an absolute masterclass in customer care, we always felt valued and important. Complete waste of time. Several phone calls other past few week to book viewings for 2 properties, each time told person I need is busy but will ring back shortly.......... still waiting.
Went to another company viewing arranged for next day and applied for half hour later, picked the keys up this morning.
Save your time and don’t attempt to use, people I’ve spoken to all said same not one good thing said about this agent
