Selling my late mother’s property was a completely new experience for me, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. I was recommended to contact Jill Dinsdale at Dinsdale Residential to discuss the process of selling etc. She arranged to meet me onsite to from then I felt at ease. No rush, not hard sales, just honesty.
From the very beginning, Jill provided 100% five-star customer service. Even if I contacted her after 5pm, she would still reply. Whenever I had questions, she responded promptly and explained everything clearly.
She was brilliant keeping in touch with the solicitors on both parties. When completing she made the buyers feel at ease, meeting them onsite, she was absolutely brilliant.
I truly appreciated her support during what could have been a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Jill (Dinsdale Residential), whether you’re selling, buying or letting. And I will definitely be back in future. Thanks again Jill, I am so grateful for your help and guidance :)

After having a very bad experience with an Estate Agent that has been around for decades a friend recommended Jill Morrison of Dinsdale Estate Agents.
On our very first meeting I felt Jill was absolutely the person to trust.
We can’t stress how hard Jill worked for us and managed to sell our 4 bedroom detached bungalow in Seaton Sluice within a few months.
There was total professionalism and honesty throughout the whole process. Jill was so proactive all phone calls, texts and emails were dealt with more or less immediately therefore creating very little stress.
