I was dealing on leasing an industrial unit.I eventually agreed terms, after going back and forth.I was initially contacted on a regular basis, but after terms agreed, had survey carried out, arranged for electrical costs, equipment costs, at a cost of £2000,and had all funds ready, then no contact.I eventually was told of a possible planing issue, which could or would not be substantiated, nothing on my searches.I had agreed that lease handover was to be 1st August 2018, this came and went, still no contact.I then found out it had been leased to someone else.I didn't even get a courtesy call.I would not consider using this company or the landlord, Rombourne , for any future investment. I believe i was just stung from day one,whilst they dealt with another client and I don't think I would even have been given the lease in any circumstances.... Read more

Would have given 0 stars if possible. I do not recommend this unscrupulous company. Took our money knowing there was no intention of carrying out a survey for us but only acted to delay us to help another purchaser buy from under us. They knew and did a survey for the previous buyer and it had fallen through (which was disclosed to us from first contact) however the day we were promised the survey after having to chase and excuse after excuse Martin of DLP decided that his his relationship with the previous buyers was a conflict of interests, after holding us up for 2 weeks and taking our money. We have complained to RICS.... Read more
