Doyles are one of the most difficult estate agents in the Hanwell Ealing area to deal with. For weeks and weeks and even months after offers have been rejected or supposedly accepted the properties remain on websites as for sale.

The whole Doyle team were highly professional and personable from our first meeting, right through our house sale process and in following up after. Their approach and deep knowledge of the local area and market put us at ease and gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property for a good price - without creating unrealistic expectations or false hope. We used Doyle's for a number of years, both as letting and selling agent. They were always excellent to deal with, very responsive and accessible. They were particularly helpful in dealing with difficult tenant issues, every step of the way. We choose Doyle's for the sale of our Hanwell home as they were charging less commission than other estate agents; the commission plus VAT can be a hefty bill at the end of the process.
Once we'd signed the contract the entire process was incredibly smooth and handled by Doyle's throughout; from the photographer to the show arounds and any communication with/from the purchaser. Doyle's communication and regular updates were good.
The really hard work is getting your home ready for the photographer; declutter and hide away all personal effects, clean, polish and clean again!
It was all worth it, we accepted the first offer of full asking price and completed in 11 weeks - could be a record for the Nov/Dec time of year.

First off, the Agent sped us around the property and stressed how he had another showing he had to make. Once we offered, we were constantly chased to speed up searches/mortgage process etc (even when completely out of our hands) and asked to commit to unachievable dates because the seller wanted a quick sale (eg “complete searches in 2 weeks or the seller will put it back on the market”). Kept getting compared to the downstairs flat which was also mid-sale having started earlier as if it were a race and we were behind. Then, when our solicitors challenged something in the seller’s arrangements that we needed to clarify before we could complete, it would take several chasers to every email before we would ever get a response and our purchase only went through months past the original expectations. Basically, embodied many of the worst caricatures of estate agents - in stark contrast to the agents on the other end of our chain

Over the past ten years I have a number of dealings with estate agents both buying and selling. Doyle Sales and Lettings was by far the best experience I have ever had, and in particular Micheal Doyle. He doesn't fit the common stereotype of an estate agent and was honest, and offered great advice without pressure or trying to apply any of the common tactics. His negotiation skills left us feeling very satisfied as it was all transparent and above board.
Our latest move had us find a house we really liked before we even had an offer on ours. He managed to secure a period for us to get ours sold. At the time our current sales agent was getting the odd viewing, but no real leads. We decided to ask Micheal Doyle to sell ours for us, and he managed to find the perfect buyers who sound like they were very happy with their purchase.
Throughout the entire process, which was long thanks to numerous delays (not down to the agent) Micheal always kept us informed of what was going on. He was always quick to respond to messages and we never felt like he was just telling us what we want to hear. I have to say it was truly a pleasure selling, and buying through Doyle. I don't plan on going anywhere for quite some time now we have just got the keys to our new house, but you can be sure there is only one agent I will be ringing in the future...

Were given all the time we needed to check the property.
As we were ready to go everything was done within 2 weeks, Michael has been helpful with recommended builders since, they are an independent company and have local knowledge which is a huge help.
I have recommended others to Doyle and a relative recently purchased their property from them too.
