I recently sold my house with Pam and the team with Eden. They were so helpful and friendly, really taking my needs and emotions into account on what is a stressful time. I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly.
My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

Called to view a £900,000 house as a cash buyer, they have a viewing on Tuesday but nothing on a weekend to allow for those that may have to work.
So if you want to sell your house on a Tuesday they are probably great, but if i was selling my house and a cash buyer wanted to view on a weekend I would expect my agent to get our of bed and show them around......

Eden Estates were fantastic from start to finish. After a very horrible experience with the Property Shop (Stourbridge) we were really reluctant about trusting another Estate Agent but Eden wholly restored all our faith.
Richard was an incredibly helpful, genuine and trustworthy estate agent and not pushy like other estate agents we had experienced. Pam was fantastic too, friendly and professional and always got back to us promptly when we had any queries. Between the two of them, they both made the whole process of buying a house really enjoyable and relatively stress free. Richard was even kind enough to give up his free time on the weekend to allow us to measure up the house prior to the purchase completing (an enourmous help when it came to buying items for the house). Eden Estates consistently went the extra mile and even picked us up from the station the day we came to collect our keys and even gave us a list of local recommendations around our new home. These gestures were totally unprompted and just goes to show their dedication to customer care.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family selling or buying in the area. Thank you Eden!
