As it happened, a neighbour offered to buy my property before it went on the market with Edison Green so, although the money received was less than the estate agents had suggested might be achievable, (I interviewed 3 before settling on Edison Green), it suited me to go with the 'offer on the table' because of the flexibility this offered - it took several months for me to find a replacement property at which point everything moved at pace taking a day less than 7 weeks to complete both sale and purchase.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the team for a while now and I’ve only ever found them to be professional, honest and motivated to deliver results for their clients. I recently completed on a flat in Southampton with the help of Edison Green. The purchase was challenging for a number of reasons and quite frankly would not have happened if it wasn’t for the tenacity and professionalism of Jasmine in the sales team. I was highly impressed by her ability to respond rapidly to any queries plus was always on hand to point me in the right direction and chase the solicitors on both sides when required. I would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell and will most probably be using them on the rental side after this great level of service.

We can't speak highly enough about the team and the service we received at Edison Green. James, Shaun and Dan have been fantastic throughout our whole selling experience.
They have been honest, diligent and detailed in there approach; the time and care they took over the photo's of our property had a major impact on improving the number of viewings we had which ultimately led to our sale.
They were easily contactable either via text, whatsapp or email any time of day and it was a welcome change to previous experiences with other estate agents.
We would use them again without hesitation.

We've been really impressed with our experience with James. He's kept us updated throughout and been quick to answer any questions or concerns we've had. Really friendly company to deal with and really took the time to understand our needs. It can be a bit daunting leaving your house with someone to show people around, but James made sure he was aware of any issues - such as not letting the cats out the front door. If we were to move again in the future, we would absolutely be using Edison Green again.

Shane was fantastic from start to finish. Unlike the other agents we have used he was not intrusive and understood our busy work commitments and was happy to communicate by text or email. He was also very straight and honest which we really appreciated! He really helped to move everything along and make sure that we moved before Christmas. I spoke to James once and communicated with him by email and he was also fab. Definitely wholeheartedly recommend Edison Green for a much more professional and less stressful experience!!

From first contact Edison Green were friendly and informative. The valuation was an easy process and we were talked through our options on how to market the property in detail, without feeling there were any silly questions.
The viewings were handled very smoothly.
