We've completed on our flat today and Louis has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Incredibly helpful, honest, and open all the way. There were a few bumps in the road as there always is, but Louis always kept us in the loop and actively worked to iron out any issues. He was also very prompt to reply which was much appreciated when we were anxious about timings and the like. If we looked to sell our new flat in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Eldertons, and would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

Nima is quite simply a next level estate agent and honestly at the level every estate agent should inspire to be at. He's communication is superb, he is incredibly supportive and throughout the process you feel like you are his only customer. We had a few things that needed fixed in the flat every now and then, and Nima always sorted out somebody to come and look very quickly. We have just moved out and the moving out process has also been very straight forward. The flat was also lovely, and I will miss it. Definitely five stars.

Nima at Eldertons was perfect throughout the whole process. He was very straightforward and honest when we viewed the flat both times, he gave us plenty of time, he didn’t do any ‘hard sell’ and made sure we knew about any potential problems before we made an offer.
Then when our conveyancer became a nightmare to communicate with, he sent several emails and made many phone calls to try and get things resolved, and kept communicating with all the parties involved.
He was always quick to respond to our emails and he went above and beyond, helping us with things that you wouldn’t normally expect of an estate agent.
At all times he’s been exceptionally professional and very friendly and kind at the same time.
And even since completion, he’s been on hand with help and advice and useful contacts for us.
We would 100% recommend Eldertons to anyone buying, selling or renting.

This was our first experience with any agent as we were first time landlords. Elderton and co made the process an excellent customer journey for us.
Very meticulous, professional, friendly and very good knowledge of the market place, valuations and recent property sales within our own area. This gave us comfort knowing we were dealing with a company that does it’s research and includes all elements of the sales and rental process.
We were drawn to the professionalism and well presented buyers pack (documentation folder they provide) and data analytics which made it a very good experience and wasn’t just a case of collecting the keys from the agent upon completion.
This was a purchase of our dream home and one of the most stressful experiences things people can go through, but he made it easy and clear and transparent of time lines and what will happen next.
Upon our first purchase we, then decided to rent our previous property through Elderton and co, which was such a smooth process.
I would highly recommend them as an agent, whether you are buying, selling or renting a property as they complete all the due diligence with such seamless effort.
Five stars for this company, as they have never let us down and always been there hand holding us throughout the purchase and rental of our properties.

Nima was a fantastic agent for me while I lived in North London. He was always professional and helpful, but also friendly and down-to-earth.
I think that, in London particularly, it’s difficult to deal with agents who either don’t care or always have something else on their agenda, but Nima was not like this - he was very responsive and seemed to manage his role well as a middle-man. I’d happily recommend him to others.

Our tenancy manager (Nima) is friendly and co-operative and always willing to go the extra mile (For example, our washing machine stopped working and we were provided a brand new one within two days). Elderton were first class from both a landlord perspective as well as current and future tenant perspective. The entire process from photos, advertising on prime social media positioning, showing around appropriate tenants, identifying the best tenants, engaging with existing tenant and on boarding new tenant was handled without fuss and seamlessly.
Nima, who lead the process for us, was so helpful and nothing was too much - he made the process so easy and professional. Most importantly for me as a solicitor, he was also totally honest and transparent.

I have been with Elderton for the last two years and it has been by far the best experience with Estate Agents I have had in 10 years of renting.
Elderton, and in particular Nima, have a very welcoming, friendly, and professional approach. Nima was always available on email or at the end of the phone.
Moving in was a breeze , and any issues we had in the flat during the time we were there were dealt with quickly and effectively (for example we once had a power cut and an electrician was over within an hour).
Would highly recommend, thanks for making our renting experience in London hassle free.
