Joanne and the team at Elevate are the best estate agents around. I cannot fault anything about the service. From start to finish Joanne was on hand 24/7 to help with EVERYTHING. Even whilst on holiday with her own family, Joanne took the time to chat with me and give me advice about purchasing our new home, even before we had put our own property on the market. Once we were ready to sell, Joanne and the Elevate team handled everything in such a professional manner. The marketing content was superb and the girls handled the viewings for us which took so much pressure off of us. Joanne also handled all mediation between us and our buyers making the process as smooth as possible. I can honestly say I have never met someone who will go above and beyond for her clients as much as Joanne does. Her approachable and friendly manner make everything so easy and she takes the time to explain everything in depth, even the parts which aren't in her job description. WE used Elevate to sell our house in Erskine. We had severat agents round to quote, value and describe how they would go about securing a sale for our property. Joanne from Elevate, was by far the best agent, she was honest, told us how to maximise our property value and get it ready for sale. Organising the photos and survey was really easy. Joanne kept in touch with us throughout the whole process .. and when the initial sale fell through (broken chain) Joanne was already on the case, oganised veiwers and had the sale sorted within 4 weeks. Superb service and would definitely recommend and would be first on my list should we decide to move again!

Joanne sold our house in February/March time this year and she was absolutely amazing ! Knew the area well so she was very good at getting the best selling points across to the customers and she was also amazing at all the advice she gave us ! Sorted out the pictures and videos for our house and also did the viewings for us (which was a massive bonus with 2 kids ????) !
She was so nice to us and always on hand when you needed a call to chat or catch up on house stuff !

they are always lying to pressure you to put increase the offer until they drag you to the trap to buy the property
And they don’t even accept verbal offer from the buyer, they always want the solicitor to contact them and make an offer even if the property is just added to market
And if you pull out or cancel your offer they sent me don’t contact our office again. They are just a VAMPIRE.
Which is funny enough, they only work for the seller favor.
They are not professional at all,
You can not force people to buy any of your properties.

I called you today after my offer was accepted yesterday looking for property to my friend and directly my friend sitting next to me and statrted talking to you and I referred him to you because I thought you deserved it to have people trust . But you don’t.
