The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service

You spend along time waiting for someone to answer the phone,
We arrived at the place for a viewing and no one turned up, so had to ring up and then sit in the car waiting for the estate agent to arrive half an hour later,
We asked for the sold sign to be taken down no end of times and it's still up over 2 months later, as we want to extend the gate we can't because the sold sign is still there, the estate agent is nice and friendly but that's not all you want in an estate agent,

????? Utterly Appalling Service – Avoid at All Costs
I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from an estate agent. After numerous phone calls, an email and 2 separate submissions through their own website, Elizabeth James Estate Agents still failed to respond to my inquiry for a property valuation. Even more concerning, they ignored two separate requests to VIEW a property they are supposedly trying to sell!!!
If they can’t even be bothered to respond to someone actively trying to do business with them, how on earth can they represent sellers or secure buyers? It raises serious concerns about how many potential buyers they simply ignore.
To say I’m disgusted would be an understatement. This level of negligence is unacceptable in any industry, especially one dealing with people’s homes, money, and futures.
Avoid at all costs.

EJH - where do I start? She approached me after seeing my business on the market with another company and asked if she could also advertise to sell my listing as she felt she could do more and how much she loved the property, features and business.
She told me she have it sold by Christmas.. (she had 8 weeks).. I thought ok, why not.
Boom, 2 weeks later. Offer accepted.
In this world, you have those that do, those that don’t and those who haven’t a clue. EJH surpasses all of these.
I have since then used this amazing company for 3 other ventures. All absolutely seamless and perfect.
I recommend to everyone. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Had a viewing on a rental property arranged, turned up on the arranged time/date only for nobody to be there and no answer of the door. Rung the agency and was told the landlord herself was doing the viewings and that she had forgotten and would not be attending.. Whilst this in itself wasn't a major problem, even though I had to leave off work early for this. I have since not been contacted for a rearranged viewing that I was offered, property still available and totally ignored my attempt of contact. Between the poor communication skills of both parties failing to resolve a simple viewing and the fact that the agency are happy to work with landlords that are clearly unprofessional and have no morals, I would stay clear of them. Unprofessional at best. Thanks for wasting my time and losing me pay and no attempt of getting back to me, all for nothing.
