I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house.
I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion.
I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham.
I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers.
As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again.
Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold.
I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call.
The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.
